How does spell vamp work on singed

Hey id like to know how spell vamp work on singed poison, maybe some of you know.

So lets say you got 10% spellvamp on singed and you are on a 1 v 1. Your poison is hitting 100.
If it would not be an aoe ability it would heal 10?
But since it is an aoe ability it will heal 3? 33% of 10

is that right, cuz it seems way too well useless.

Pretty much, yes.

Also, Shy was running it in tandem with the mid to get the bonus of double WotA, making them late-game sustain gods.

And it was an early game item. is pretty cost-efficient.

Although I think he was Azubu at the time he did it.

The reasoning is that he has a considerable single target nuke and although is AoE, it usually affects a fair few targets. So even though it might be ~3% Spell vamp, totaled together with multiple targets it could heal for a considerable amount. He only has to hit 3-4 targets to make it worth it mathematically. That's not so bad.

Didn't like, Azubu Shy or someone buy hextech revolver on Singed? Why is it suddenly bad? O.o

Spellvamp is pretty bad on Singed.

Yeah I found the suckyness of spellvamp on at a first hand account, it does really nothing, like SteppenKat said two Rejuvenation Beads is better than any sort of spellvamp

Spellvamp is a bad stat to build on Singed. The reasoning is that in order for Spellvamp to work, you need:

- To hit enemies with your spells. Singed's main damage tool is , so you only heal when you're using it.

- As you pointed out yourself, Spellvamp has diminishing returns with AoE spells, healing only 1/3 or damage dealt.

Inverted Composer did the math. Two Rejuvenation Beads would basically give you a constant Health Regeneration equivalent to the usual damage you'd do with . Also, scales with Regeneration.
