The Rylai's Crystal Scepter change is also pretty cool: not only the slow got buffed (from 35% to 40%) but AoE spells also apply the full slow. However, I don't really know how to feel about this, it seems pretty cool if I am building it, but if someone else on the enemy team has it I'll prolly get annoyed as *** xD After all, 40% slow IS a lot. You never know, but this new changes are asking to be reverted :P

With the new AP item changes, I'm wondering if building an Archangel's, Luden's (to replace boots), Deathcap, Zonya's, Rod of Ages, and Void Staff will be viable?
That certainly will produce the most AP in a semi-reliable way (it will be super expensive for sure)
Sadly, this will make you slightly slower then normal and give you zero CDR
