Well I will take a carry gracefully. Ryze had some trouble with Brand in the early game, but came back mega stronk. Jax was pretty much manhandling Garen the entirety of the game and Bot lane while not rocking uber scorelines where mechanically pretty good. Team got ahead and then kited the other team around even when on low health. I think I missed all but two of my ults. Not a good percentage on that front. Since Jax had lane priority he wandered into Master Yi's jungle to kill him and steal his blue buff at least once. Good individual efforts with enough team work to make this one an easy one.

Ahri was pretty good with her and helped us come out ahead in most team fights. I just CCd everyone I could get ahold of and had two fight/game altering ults. One in which I believe I knocked up their entire team and another in which I knocked up Jinx which gave us a 2v5, which we cleaned up and used to finish their base, while Pantheon and Zed were trying to do the same to our base on the opposite side of the map. Lee Sin went back to keep them busy while the rest of us pushed into their base.

I would dearly like it if more teams covered the jungle entrances before minion spawn. Because we didn't my Red Buff got taken and then Camille got ganked from behind by Kled, Xin Zhao, and Viktor. She died given them a kill and two assists. I believe Camille managed to kill Kled once by herself, but after Kled had his way with her, which required us to devote resources over there. Anivia was pretty good, but occasionally got caught out in some silly places. Ezreal and support Yasuo were not doing that great in Bot lane. I stole some of Xin Zhao's camps to try and catch back up, but was still Armor and MR paper rating by the time they were running us over.

Was trying to think of a jungler that matched up well against Graves and Champion.gg told me Trundle does. I looked askance at that, but I ran out of time to decided so I went with it.

This is the 2nd game where I've watched a Graves try and all three lanes in sequence. In this case he tried a gank at Top first, which I stymied him by being there to drop a ward. He then walked down the river and ganked Mid. Mid managed to get out of it without dying. Then he walked down the river to Bot lane and gets a kill on Thresh.... People the jungler doesn't magically freaking disappear, if he is seen walking down the river there is a good chance he is coming to try and kill you. Play like that until you know where they are. Jeebus.

Anyway, Teemo stomped on Nautilus and basically sat up there and wiped out that half of the map. I think he pretty much only died when someone from our team came over to try and "help" him. After a second such death he said in chat "Can you please leave me alone, I'm doing fine."

I stymied or turned a couple of ganks on Bot lane which is where I picked up most of my kills. Died once while Ryze ulted us in to try and pick off a stray but Ahri of all people showed up in that area and killed Ryze and helped Graves chase me down. Damn Charm goes through the Pillar of Ice.

Ze Troll King is a little more kiteable than I like, but I did enjoy taking him out for a spin about the Rift.

Finally got to play a Galio jungle game. Will start doing a Raptor start since I think he can easily clear them between his passive and Q. Had trouble getting my ult to go off once I finally had it. Took it off smart cast and that seemed to help, though I am not entirely sure. Early game was a bit struggly. Kept regretting not having enough mobility and didn't get out of some situations that if I could have gone over a wall I could have gotten away from. They were winning until they pushed into our base. Then we were able to use our better team fighting composition to our advantage. Had a couple of good ults at that point. Have a better feel for what makes Galio tick now, so hopefully should die a bit less in future games.

Wanted someone with more lane presence than Nasus. Enter Darius. The matchup with Gangplank got irritating once he got his barrels. I was running attack speed marks and quints and still had trouble taking out his barrels fast enough. Fortunately, our Syndra is this game was very good. I think she did about 70K damage to champions, plus was helpful with stuns and slows even in cases where she wasn't going to get a kill.

Our Hecarim was a little ham, which means he was usually dead so we would have to clean up team fights without him.

Zyra was a pain in my buttinsky. And Zilean...yee-uck. It is like he was purposely made to screw Darius six ways to Sunday. Orianna with some items is no picnic either. I eventually died to a gank from behind by Zilean. Then it was pretty much three more deaths in quick succession and the game was over.

Probably should have sat on Hexdrinker and just build tank given how far behind my team was. Needed a lot more MR and some armor since Lucian was fed.

But mah team! I tried to put on my carry pants for this one, but my team didn't have enough disengage to stay out of fights and since they couldn't pressure anything else on the map it made it hard for me to do what I wanted to do. Galio matchup is a little annoying, but manageable. I killed him pretty early in the game with Ignite then died to him twice when I didn't respect his damage output combined with his CC, but then I got a gank from Hecarim. I was able to get my tower pretty shortly thereafter, then I went to Bot lane and took the two towers there forcing out a Teleport from Galio. But once we went down two inhibitors life got rough for us since we had to keep someone back to clear waves. For this game I think I might have wanted to go pure splitpush to try and delete waves as fast as possible so I could create more pressure than I managed.

I think I like Tryndamere better than Darius. Like having a gap closer and an escape.

Picked up a kill on Cho'Gath with the help of Orianna to start the game off. Then pretty much ran around killing people left and right for a bit. Good clean up work. Got me off to a great start. My team was all over the place as far as what they were up to, but we ended up sufficiently far ahead that we were able to run over them. Bot lane was duo with the Yasuo and Leona seemed to work alright, but Cho'Gath can just eat a squishy Yasuo if he ever gets near enough, while Cho isn't knocked up. Got fubared once trying to go for the Rift Herald. Blitzcrank pulled me over the wall, and then Fiddlesticks silenced me and feared me so I couldn't ult or Flash to try and get out of the pickle I found myself in.

Lanes held up well to early ganks, which I think was the main difference in this game. I picked up a number of kills early game, though missed one on Caitlyn when I whiffed the Body Slam off of the Thresh lantern bringing me in. Main sore point was the Yasuo vs the Jarvan IV, but we had a tank and they didn't which helped. Fiddlesticks had some nice ults which we were able to parley into multiple kills with objectives after. Three mountain drakes, which made murdering towers and Baron a breeze.
