I love what they did to
Pyke. I think they finally fixed a lot of his problems. He lost most of his unfair sustain in lane and unfair escape with his W. And lethality finally makes sense on him, it was terrible on him before.
His max grey health was reduced from 25% max health to 80. It's a massive nerf to his early game. You can FINALLY punish him for his greedy plays.
LeBlanc nerf is silly. Her W damage is not the problem, her R-W damage is what's OP since it's really huge and getting jumped from one screen away has absolutely no counterplay. Or give her another passive, she's way too safe and it's unhealthy.
Akali and
Irelia still need to be permabanned.
Also I'm still waiting for Rito to deliver on their commitment to fix burst damage in the game by nerfing
Ignite. This thing takes 0 skill, it's just point and click upfront damage. You see a low HP champ, you press a button, he's dead. Zero counterplay. If the point of ignite is to predict the amount of lethal damage needed then it should amplify damage from other sources instead of dealing damage itself. Right now you can just deal your damage then press ignite when the opponent is low so there is no risk associated.

I agree that ignite would be nice to be a damage enhancer. I find it annoying when I ignite champs and they get away with a sliver of health. Knowing while they are still in range of you allows you to do something. However, I don't take it that often since it seems to be tempormental for me. Half the time I can use it, half the time no.
Also, I think the modifications to Time Warp Tonic suck and make no sense. Before, it had some use, now, you get nothing really from it.

I think
Akali is still banworthy especially in high elo, the issue with her is the shroud duration as it is far too long if she can dip in and out of it. Also top lane
Viktor will still probably be a thing somewhat as they didn't nerf the CD/the movespeed boost on his Q which essentially is the thing that makes him so annoying to deal with in top lane as a melee laner. Other than that good that they addressed the
Time Warp Tonic sustain in top lane. It was so frustrating to see someone take Resolve/Inspiration and just sustain through the lane.

I think I finally understand what makes
Akali broken. It's
Twilight Shroud being way too big. It's literally twice the size of her old shroud. Before you could throw skillshots at the shroud and you were pretty likely to hit her. Now especially with the ring shape of it you can't do that anymore. So it's literally a 7 second invulnerability.
