Only low elo ppl have trouble with her. Play her a lot and get to higher elo then play other champs. Simple as that :D

honestly, doesn't matter whether you're solo Qing or Duo or full party, whenever you're there. Not counting pubs, you and your friends(or just you) should have 1 hard CC(interrupt, stun, suppress, position switch, silence, exhaust) and 2 soft CC (red buff, rylai's, slow, whatever else I didn't mention).
I had a carry teemo game once. My team had......like no CC,I'll upload screen cap for you if you want but point being everytime Kat jumped in and ulted I just exhausted her and killed her. don't rely on pubs too much. Make sure you yourself do what is needed to be done.

You're basically asking for a counter, and saying you know it's easy to do so implying you know how to counter her. Her ultimate is very easy to shut down if you're paying attention and she has no CC so I'm not sure what exactly you're afraid of.
If nobody else is shutting her down, step up and do it yourself.

EDIT: The fact remains that she is incredibly easy to play. And I'm talking about when she's on my team in normal games -.-
So basically my point is... Make her harder to play! In normal games she dominates and it's an autowin, and against a decent team, she's terrible and it's an autoloss. She has to be changed, since against a bad team she dominates, but against a good one she's all but useless.
From my experience that is. I'm currently at unranked in solo queue, 3 losses, 1 win. so what do I know >_>
