And
if they have magic res 1000AP is good.. But you say 1000 Damage? What about their 40%+ so most people that hardly have any items to def will have around 40% reduced at lvl 18
Just you should not really give false info on hitting 1000 Damage
(dont forget the convo that you said will ko most people when it does half of what you say)
Rylai's is super good and you should get it earlier. Mejai's is bad even on Swain.
1) 1000 AP. It seems like a lot of damage but when you look at the fact tanky dps is the meta-game as of right now, Swain can be considerably one of them because of his R that heals and does damage per second. But now that you have 1000 AP, the build doesn't seem original and it's just made to surprise everyone with the high stats when 1k AP is useless late game with no survivability or magic pen. You're a huge target to kill for the other team.
2) No Magic Pen in you're build. While you do have it as a suggested item, Void Staff should always be a core AP carry item at 30 mins+. Once the other team notices that you didn't bring any magic pen, you'll be denied most of your damage.
3) No survivability. Swain thrives off of staying in the fight with his R and dealing lots of burst damage. His R is still a heal and can be reduced in various ways e.g. Executioners/Tristana's Explosive Shot. You need to be able to shake off those debuffs via Quicksilver Sash or Banshees Veil or any other constant burst damage.
4) Snowballing with Mejais AFTER deathcap. If you're going to snowball, snowball early. It's pointless to snowball around 20 mins into the game. If you got a deathcap earlier and got fed, the other team will take that into consideration and start building Magic Resist.
That's all I have to say and I'm downvoting this because it needs tweeks before I will even think of using this build.
