Last I played Twitch you needed to stack solid AS items so you could get max applications of poison ASAP...With the revamp incoming I'd wait until we see the finalized version. Currently Twitch will have an Ammo counter and expunge becomes his ulti with an awesome penetrator skill shot. So none of these builds may be viable in the long run...Wait and see.

Comments: Meh. I don't think I like the Philo Stone, and Trinity Force just doesn't seem worth it.
Build Two
Comments: Expensive, squishy early game, but wreckage mid game if you can stay alive.
These are the two main builds I use, but other items I have experimented with are:
As you can see, I'm not afraid to experiment (much to the despair of my team). I've been called bad A LOT experimenting, which just goes to show how ****ty the LoL community is (and how dumb I am - Tiamat? Really?)
I feel like on hit/crit/full damage Twitch is squishy as balls but wrecks, and any tanky DPS build on Twitch sucks in terms of damage. It's so hard to find the right balance.
How do you build Twitch? How would you change him? DISCUSS.
