This Theorycrafting makes me TWITCH! HAHA! GET IT?

I've been called bad A LOT experimenting, which just goes to show how shitty the LoL community is (and how dumb I am - Tiamat? Really?) I feel like on hit/crit/full damage Twitch is squishy as balls but wrecks, and any tanky DPS build on Twitch sucks in terms of damage. It's so hard to find the right balance. How do you build Twitch?
