This dude would be pretty insane. Longest natural attack range in the game (like Tristana) but with 250 EXTRA range because of his W. E granting permanent attack damage and MS for kiting/chasing (with the active to boost those) and finally his R would ensure insane attack speed, with extra hybrid damage on top of W. Q would be his escape mechanism, but also granting a free crit.
He'd be pretty boring... with only 1 real active ability (everything else is just boring), but he'd rip anything to shreds and wouldn't be caught.

Some cool combinations imo:





Build standard AD Carry (BT, IE, LW, PD/BT, BV, Merc Treads).
Let's say you have 150 farm on Q (which is generally pretty meh for high elo but pretty good for everything else), that's 1k damage on Q. With Mimic, that's 1400 damage.
And did I mention with Battle Cry that's like a 0 CD Q? lolz.
