I'd rather him have a 100% chance of dodging a few attacks, than a pretty good chance of dodging all attacks.
I'd also probably rather have a more reliable dodge chance even if it didn't last.
As long as they get the duration/CD right, it should be fine.
All in all, it just seems like a good fix, to an annoying luck based stat.

Just looking at the pictues it lasts at least 3 seconds since that's gonna be how long it takes to gank and do a spin :P
Going to be much better for AD Jax since I imagine you'll only be able to level up damage and stun duration, in which case you can just put 1 point in it and still dodge everything :D

My thoughts exactly, this really could make or break him dependent on how the stats play out. I'm not sure how he'll do in terms of carrying a team, but he could be a great in-and-out assassin against enemy carries.
