Hi there! When I play Warwick, I usually get the following items:
Berserker's Greaves >
Wriggle's Lantern >
Youmuu's Ghostblade >
Black Cleaver >
Infinity Edge >
Bloodthirster.
That would make you insanely powerful. If you fight a team with much hp, switch
Wriggle's Lantern for
Madred's Bloodrazor
Just remember to use the active on
Youmuu's Ghostblade all the time, it only has a 60 second cooldown!
Warning: As the guy below me pointed out, this build will make you pretty squishy, but it's a stay-and-fight build, so at once you stop fighting, you stop gaining health from lifesteal, and you die easily.

This is way too squishy in my opinion to be a viable Warwick. With your R its your job to engage and suppress their damage dealer. Being so squishy just means instant death. I like to play him Tanky, with which he still has a good amount of damage.

A wise man gets more use from his enemies than a fool from his friends.

Ah, but I play him as a ganker, not a teamfighter. I think he's more viable like that, he should push, gank, jungle and if forced to teamfight, should ulti people who try to run, rather than initate with it. That's Blitzcrank or someone like that's job. His lifesteal will keep him alive :)

I personally build him as an Offtank with Boots of Swiftness, Frozen Mallet, Madreds Bloodrazor, and then 3 Situational Item Slots. Wit's End, Banshee's Veil, and Abyssal Scepter for an AP heavy team. Thornmail, Sunfire Cape/Randuin's Omen/Atma's Impaler, and Bloodthirster for an AD heavy team. Atma's Impaler, Wit's End, and Bloodthirster for a balanced team.
Since you're asking for () damage and ASPD, get Sorceror, MBR, Wit's End, Bloodthirster, PD, and Frozen Mallet.
Sorceror for MrP since your R will be doing magic damage.
Madred's Bloodrazor since your R will proc it 6 times.
Wit's End for the same reason above.
Bloodthirster for some flat AD and lifesteal.
PD for more chasing ability (you don't have Boots of Swiftness), more ASPD, and a crit chance.
Frozen Mallet since WW only has his R for CC and you won't always have red buff. Also, survivability.

Don't really play him, but I guess
Mercury's Treads,
Wit's End,
Sunfire Aegis, either
Wriggle's Lantern or an early
Madred's Razors which you upgrade into
Madred's Bloodrazor later and something like a
Frozen Mallet +
Atma's Impaler combo would work well. Maybe a bit expensive, but that's what I can come up with in ~30 seconds

If you want to play someone with lots of damage and attack speed, don't play Warwick. :P
If you're laning I suggest something like
Doran's Ring,
Sorcerer's Shoes,
Frozen Heart,
Wit's End,
Spirit Visage,
Madred's Bloodrazor,
Guardian Angel. Build the GA before the Bloodrazor if you're still getting focused.
If you're jungling use the same build, but instead of getting a Doran's Ring start with
Long Sword and potions and upgrade it into
Madred's Razors. You might also want to swap the boots for
Mercury's Treads or
Ninja Tabi.
His lifesteal will keep him alive :)
It won't. CC and burst counters lifesteal.
The only melee champion that can viably be built full DPS is Tryndamere.

Go tankwick top lane.
Start cloth armor 5 health pots. I always get tanking boots like
Ninja Tabi or
Mercury's Treads rather than zerker greaves. Then build a strong tanky item, then maybe an attackspeed item like wit's end. A lot of the items Luther suggested are good, but I particularly like
Heart of Gold and
Warden's Mail on him, to later turn into randy's. Warden's is great for countering auto attack champs top.
