Probably should have added "by knowing how to abuse
Null Sphere's slow projectile speed and predictable rift walk movements." :P
Maybe not hard-countered by most AP mids, but beaten. I got a bit loose with my wording there. But it's true I realized he doesn't hard counter any mid.

Kass gets beat pretty hard in lane. JUST IN CASE, you can't handle Kass for some reason, this is where the quote "**** the metagame" comes into play. When you know you can clown on a champion by putting another one up against it, you do it. Make sure your solo top does not pick an AP and just goes an AD based champion. Swap up the lanes. If they swap lanes, we enter the game where people continually swap lanes but in the end, Kass can't keep it up and he's like oh I didn't trash their AP mid, too far behind on cs, levels etc because I'm trying to follow their AP. That's primarily why Kass isn't picked.

Ryze and Kennen dunks on Kassadin. Ryze and Kass are both weak early game but Ryze is scarier mid to late. Roaming potential isn't as strong but wards are a necessity. Kennen is such a strong champion, ult when he's about to Riftwalk because it's often apparent when someone is going aggressive or passive. Kennen's auto attack range is huge and things like that just trash Kassadin. Those are mages to me.

So I had a discussion about
Turns out he doesn't counter anyone and is hard countered or beaten by almost every AP mid.
