I actually ran some numbers on the Orianna changes, I won't actually go through the calculations.
Clockwork Windup: neutral
At level 18 with max stacks, 331 AP is the equilibrium point. with less then 331 AP
Clockwork Windup deals more damage now than before, however, with more than 331 AP, it does less damage then before.
Command: Attack: nerfed
At level 5,
Orianna now needs 115 AP to do the same damage
Orianna used to do with 10 AP. 250 ap now = 100 ap before, 596 AP now = 331 AP before
Command: Dissonance: buff
damage increaseced by 20 per 100 AP from before

I dont understand ahri's 2nd fix.
Hymn of valor's increased range is good,but still I'd like the heal AP ratios back :(
Concerning command:attack....
At level 5 with 115AP the damage is 180+115*0.6=249,b4 the patch with 10AP is 220+10*0.4=224.
However b4 the patch with 115AP the damage is 220+115*0.4=266....
At200AP,level 5 the damage after the patch is 180+200*0.6=300,b4 the patch is 220+200*0.4=300
So, above 200AP Command attack will deal more damage than b4,so it's like Ahri's last change which buffs her late game somehow.

You would be right, except that the AP ratio was nerfed to .4, not buffed to .6

Oh...my bad....then it would be kinda a nerf...
As for Ahri...I have a bad feeling about this...
^I consider it a buff, animation should be more smooth and reliable now.
