Well, why would you get Sunfire Aegis on Garen? You need Black Cleaver first because it is just the best item for him. You need Randuin's Omen for tankyness, anti-kitability and utility. And you need Infinity Edge for raw damage. Since the start of S3, Sunfire Aegis is no longer a goo choise for Garen, mainly because Randuin's Omen is now so strong and Black Cleaver is 100% first.
