Unless you're playing Singed in the jungle, if you really want spellvamp, get Wota.
Nope.
From the LoL wiki:
"While nearby no ally champions, the spell vamp stat must have at least a value of 810g for

"

WotA only becomes cost-efficient with two nearby allies. That's extremely pitiful for an aura item.

WotA really needs a buff.... :/
EDIT: Even moreso than I thought. It is literally the most gold-inefficient aura item in the game. Every other item is cost-efficient with one nearby champion. Several are cost-efficient on their own. WotA is the only one in the game that requires two to be worth the money. >.>
Riot pls.

Thanks to Jovy for the sig!

I try Manamaruna on Singed. Works even better XD.
You do realize Muramana doesn't work on his poison, right? Only his fling and his auto-attacks.

huh... how would this work on Rumble then?
Rumble isn't super in need of spellvamp and CDR is generally meh on him. Most rumbles won't evolve hextech in lane anyway, so WotA ends up doing what it's supposed to. But sure, could work
Thank you Byron for 2014's loudest laugh up till today

and passive, but

The current top competitive build that was used to great effectiveness during IEM Worlds by both Blaze and Frost is basically building like Ryze.
Getting a fast Tear+Catalyst (the order doesn't matter and depends on whether you want a faster fully stacked Tear or a faster RoA) into RoA->Archangel's is the dominant build right now and offers a STUPID amount of survivability with how much health you have and the active shield from Seraph's Embrace. Plus you deal a ridiculous amount of damage with over 200 AP and you never ever run out of mana. After that, you build stuff like Rylai's, Randuin's, etc.
I haven't seen how effective Wraith is on Singed, but Catalyst seems like better sustain and going for a fast Wraith delays your RoA/AA.
