graves makes up for 525 range with his excellent passive and the absolutely ridiculous amount of damage he puts out but he can't keep up with current ADCs at the moment





He is talking about Draven, the video's from May 2012 and it says Draven in the video contents. Doesn't matter though since they're obviously using some inaccurate pre-release information.
Graves would definitely be ridiculous if he had 550 range (which he actually did on release). As you said range is what keeps his skillset in check.

Corki a Big One more often and reducing his charge rate when all he needs are some mana cost buffs.
- Buffing
Morgana's mana costs even though she already has way less mana problems than, for example,
Lux.
- Still think
Quinn's gonna be pretty useless.
- No nerf for
Kha'Zix,
Zed or
Thresh. Also
Zac apparently needs one but I haven't seen him enough to be able to tell.

Other than that, I still havent realy felt the huge nerf I expected.
It will be harder for new players to master her as positioning is now more important than ever and the "tanky" hybrid build is no longer viable.
Whatever now she cant kill every champ in the game right when she hits lvl 6. I cant see the problem.
The super burst is still super when it matters

Rushing Gunblade + Blasting wand+Giants belt used to be quite uber. Allowing a more careless mind when entering teamfights and early game "tankyness" while still retaining huge burst and a sure escape from her broken stealth
Later building into obv rylais with a touch of zhonyas.
And YEH Rageblade was actually friggin OP on her before the change.
