Late game full Vel Koz Combo based on his passive will be 615 damage with 11 stacks total, proc the last one with next ability and 820 true damage. Now apply to entire enemy team (If you even got off all your abilities that well) or at least one person (because you SUCK at skillshots). That's without AP. In return for that true damage, he's not very bursty. At all. He's pokey, but not as deadly as nidaree. He's going to be great for sieging, and slowly pulling you apart, but if you want a burst caster, don't play him. (Although arguably his full combo is burst but I consider burst to be like

Max W. QWEW procs passive twice and you can't really get out without a dash. This guy's base damages are insane.

Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

My first impressions of playing against him is that he's completely broken. I did a dominion match and he just kills everything. While *I* was playing Katarina. Even when I manage to dodge his tear the ult and passive alone deal tons of damage.

I think he is good at what he's supposed to do: poking and creating opportunities for some really strong AoE damage. He trades that with low survivability.

His kit is really clunky. It takes a lot of getting use to, but the damage output is definitely there. I recommend spending at least 10 games playing him as well as having a "Me time" custom game to play around with his skills to get the timers down. I think his W delay is pretty stupid. His E is really awesome. His Q has a lot of potential. His ult would go hand in hand with Malphite, Yasuo, Amumu, any AOE comp. I can see him getting strong, but not "OMFG OP OP OP NERF THIS GUY" strong.
Also, Q is definitely not a good thing to max first, imho. W is probably the way to go for farming.
