Last week it happened again.

How it goes, MOBAFire? Today I have a story which happens every time I have RP or sufficient IP. Well, you see... when I'm going (or I'm ready) to buy a new champion, my mind divides in 3 modes: hype mode, logical mode, and aesthetics mode. Last week it happened again that my 3 modes awaken giving a painful party:

Logical mode: I want a new champion. Now I have -insert some roles here- and I want something different to master all thi--
Hype mode: OMG, I WANT THAT NEW VAYNE SKIN. I WANT IT NOW.
Logical mode: But that's a skin and is not even releas--
Aesthetics mode: No, this skin surely will private Vayne to be with that mysterious aura she always have...
Me: Gu--
Logical mode: C'mon, let me talk! *ahem* I was saying that I need a new--
Hype mode: BUT IS A SKIN SURELY WITH A HEART CROSSBOW. WANT IT NOW
Me: Guys... --'
Aesthetics mode: I said not! I'm sure this will be surel--
Logical mode: I said I want a champion, not a skin! C-H-A-M-P-I-O-N!

So I was thinking... (Kids, don't try that at home) Those last few seconds right before you die ~ which has sadly been happening a lot for me lately, what are you thinking? As my numerous experiences have been stacking up lately, I found a pattern in my thoughts (this is mostly for drawn out chases)...

8 seconds til death ~ I knew I shouldn't have done that...
7 seconds til death ~ Run run run run go go go I need boots!
6 seconds til death ~ Why do I not have any cc? GOOOOO FASTERRR
5 seconds til death ~ **** crimany frick heck nooo what the !@#$%
4 seconds til death ~ They need to nerf -insert chasing chamption's name here- soo bad...
3 seconds til death ~ So close omg turret you stupid turret do more damage!
2 seconds til death ~ Ohh there's my teammates. Fasterrr man c'mon!
1 second til death ~ -soundless, desperate clicking-
Death ~ ... facepalm.

I listen to a lot of podcasts in my free time. Mostly I listen to "The Giant Bombcast", "The Mana Tank Podcast", and a couple of others. Anyway, sometimes when I'm bored, I play LoL with my iPod Headphones in and listen to the MTPeezey. (If you listen you will get that.) But I was playing with my buddies yesterday and I realized that not listening to the LoL sound can actually hinder you greatly! For instance, some spells make sounds when they are activated. Shaco's blink makes a very suttle *poof* which can be the tip-off of if you should run or not, or if one of Zigg's bombs barely knocks into your Fog and you hear the *boom*. I'd really like to know what you guys think! Personally I find it to be fairly important, but you can do without it. Make sure you let me know because I would like to see some other people's views on this.

It is currently 3:49 AM. Woot woot! Oh nevermind it's 3:50 now.

Lately I've been referring to myself as "the sad mummy" when playing Amumu which ends up happening a lot because not many people like playing tank it seems o.O 3:51 AM. Sometimes people get annoyed and ask me why I do that. I tell them I the sad mummy doesn't like people asking questions about him. 3:52 AM.

Ok, LoL talk, that's why we're here after all xD

As the topic suggests, what would you guys think about new announcers in League of Legends? How would you like it, more to the point? I think that it would be quite awesome if we could have new announcers spicing the game up a bit.

Take HoN for example (don't shoot me) you can buy other announcers for your game in HoN, which seems like a pretty cool thing to be honest. I'm getting a bit tiered of hearing that same female voice over and over again. And yes, I know that it gives the feeling of certain...purity and power, like we are in the fields of justice, the "League of Legends", as it were, I get that. But there are ways to keep that feeling, and still bring freshness to the game.

I think that Riot should look into it, and that it will do no harm to the game whatsoever. What'd you guys t…

It's been a long time I entered MOBAFire, but I never tried to write anything or even write a guide. But I changed my mind - why if I create at least a guide, or write comment? I was afraid of the people, mostly. Well, as you probably imagined (or not) my mature language is not english, but spanish. I stopped study english since I have 16 -now I have 21- so sometimes is hard for me to explain myself.
Yes, talking about people, I was afraid of typical comments like "learn english" or "you talk like a sh*t". Now I'm a bit afraid of saying nonsense phrases without knowledge of doing that, even I don't know if this entry will be understood...

Well, I really liked the MOBAFire Community, all people speak kindly and is always ready to give you tips about builds or just helping you out. Now I hope to enter the community as a part of it and do some friends from around the world and feel integrated.

Hi guys,

I have just "played" ( I don't even know- that expression seems so unfitting), no, I have just experienced "Dear Esther";

It is a remake of a Half Life 2 Mod that I have never heard of until 2 days ago, saw some screen- shots and thought I would give it a go, even if my friends mocked me for that, as the title was too "indie" for them.



Well, for 2 hours, I had a poetical trip over an island, through caves, thoughts and a part of my self. This piece, despite you do not really interact with anything, sucks you in and makes you experience something deeply.

Usually my comments here are quite superficial but I recommend everybody who enjoys a good book, a great move, a touching song, or resonates with the feeling of loneliness, grief or regret to give the title a try. It cost me merely the price of a movie ticket at steam and I would rather pay ten experiences like this then watching a mediocre Hollywood Blockbuster.

Hi guys, so it's Valentine's Day and i just wanted to know what happened or what do you plan to do on this special occasion. As for me, being in High school i expected it to be the usual day, but things turned out a little different than i had anticipated. I was serenaded by the choir 2 times today.( Its a school event where a serenade can be purchased for 10$) and one girl who sent it was my crush. Trust me seeing an Indian turn Red is a very rare sight. I Will post the video for all to enjoy soon as I transfer the vid from my Facebook. So Again guys What did you do today and/or are their events like this at you High School?

2 more games I've played recently (need to stop rageclicking Play Again after losses and take screenshots of them too) Not been playing ranked a lot cause my net has a tendency to crash lately.

Game started out really bad with bottom lane giving up first blood as Sona got caught in an Alistar combo and a full double hit of Sivir's Q. Our support was someone who in the champion select said he could not support but ended up having to anyway (cos solo queue people are cool liek that). Sona kept dying repeatedly during the laning phase untill the point Sivir was 5-0 pretty early on.
