Now with the recent Skyrim activity here on MOBAFire, where most people seem to be quite pleased with the game itself, or at least pleased once it has been modded, I felt that it was a great time to do an official review on the game in a brand new series that I'll happily call GMD! Which stands for, Game Making & Development. Yes very clever, I am well aware. Before I start off, I must stress that I will look at every aspect of the game, and most of you will probably argue that I am nitpicky or simply expect too much. So if you're one of those people, I suggest that you quit reading right now, and go back to playing Call of Duty 78: Futuristic Warriors Evolved or whatever. Also, I will give this game an honest review; if I find anything good then I'll point it out, although, don't worry, that won't take long. I wanted to make a tier list of sorts or give a basic run down of what I think will be the best picks, maybe some sleepers, and perhaps some players that will regress:


Scoring is going to work in multiple ways

For Individuals

Kills worth 2 points
Deaths worth -0.5 points
Assists worth 1.5 points
CS worth 0.01 point per CS

There are then bonus points for

Triple Kills worth 3 points
Quadra Kills worth 5 points
Penta Kills worth 10 points
>10 Kills/Assists worth 2 points

Teams get far fewer points with a minimum of 1 for things like first blood and a maximum of 2 for things such as a Victory

Initial Strategy should tell you that individuals are far more important than drafting teams early. Teams can be a strong point stream; for example a team like Cloud 9 which consistently dominates each split with strong Objevtive, Baron, Dragon control and frequent victories will be a stead…

Tier 1: Karma, Thresh

Tier 1.5:

Shyvana is a tanky bruiser top lane. She has incredible dueling potential and push power as well as lacking any mana costs on her spells. Shyvana is a strong bully due to the fact her damage is mixed between physical and magical, has very fast waveclear, and to top it all off has a strong escape ability.

Dragonborn-Shyvana gains 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 armor and magic resist. These bonuses are increased every 5 levels and are doubled in Dragon Form.

Shyvana's passive grants her bonus armor and magic resist. It's pretty simple... It's just like having another rune page on top of your own. This value raises as you level up and doubles when you are in dragon form giving you a decent amount of "free bulk".

So I know I haven't posted a blog recently, just going to say that I plan on posting some more in the near future and being more consistent with it. I've just kind of forgotten. Aside from that this absolutely ****ing atrocious new Mobafire profile layout often makes me forget to post new ones. The old system it used to stare me in the face everytime i logged onto my profile, but now since it doesn't I tend to forget. Anyway, I'm going to make it a point to produce a blog once every week or 2 weeks during the summer (not promising that will happen) and they'll be informative and league related.

Hello everyone I am Berzerk, and today I will be bringing the first of my new series, the Encyclopedia of Top Lane. This series will replace my old Top Facts series, which is outdated and was written when I was much less experienced as a player. I have decided my first installment in the series should be on Rumble, as he is a fun champion who I feel many people in the community disregard even after his recent buffs.


Rumble as a champion would be best categorized into the "Mage bruiser" role. Rumble as a top laner is one of the funner and more complex "viable" top laners. As a champion Rumble will require a decent time commitment to be used at a strong level; due to his unique system "heat" which penalizes the user for spamming spells, but rewards the user for managing their cooldowns. Along with this weakness, is a weak early levels (1-3). Until Rumble has a point in every skill and 2 points in flame spitter, he will not be able to play his heat game at a level…
