You'll Have To Excuse Me...

When I don't reply on my blog or to messages for days, it's not on purpose I SWEAR! lol. I forget to look sometimes to see if I have new stuff. Facebook has spoiled me with notifications. :P

Oh, and I think I've found a new love. Vi was free this week and I seriously adore her. She's the first melee champ I've used but it didn't take me nearly as long as I thought it would to get used to it. I do believe I'll be buying Vi one of these days! Anyone have any thoughts on Vi? Yes to buying? No to buying?

Peace my looooveeeessss<3

How do I use this thing

I had decided to make an account a little bit ago mainly because I wanted to learn more about some of my favorite champions and try to do better as them. But thus far I'm unsure how to use any of this. I've been to forums before but...nothing like this.

So if anyone has helpful hints that would be great. Right now I'm most interested in playing Akali and Syndra, especially Akali, but I can't seem to get her down just yet. Not sure what I'm missing.

So yeah I think this is a good first post. I hope I'm not going against any rules right now though.

Thank you!

The real keys for winning in silver

The silver tier for the League of Legends can possibly be one of the most frustrating league to be in. There are mixtures of competitive players along with people who are tired of playing with trolls. I have figured a few keys to help overcome the trollness that the LoL community has at this silver level.
1) The most import key is to be very versatile. Meaning, don't call a position but simply state that you will fill the open position. Most of the time, people will call a role, just to trolled and someone lock in the same position. So rather than call and hope for the best, show the team that you will play anything and do well at it.
2)nice communication. The style of being (over) nice when it comes to communication in the LoL community is virtually impossible to find. Over and over do games get lost just in the first 15 seconds of champion selection. So when in doubt, attempt to be the mediator and try to control the tempers of your fellow players. Using the first key is also importa…

If you are going top

Try not to go alone top.Bicuse you have a lot of great opportunities to feed enemys.you need to have at least one partner to make things go in a better way.If you have a junger in the game tell himm to gank your line.If your turrent is destroyed then chaing the line or ask for assistence. If a hero in your game has left then try too ask all your maites for help or chaing your line try bot, mid. If bot isn't soo good chaing too mid.If mid isn't good chaing too jungler.

A thank you to the Moba Community

I get online today and notice I have more emails. I check my inbox, and I noticed I received an email from Matt. I'm like, "Oh no,did I do something wrong? Am I in trouble?" I read the subject and it says "Congratulations TinyStar!" I'm thinking did I do something cool? I read it and I see I've been promoted to editor. My mouth dropped. I was started to jump up and down.
I've always loved the MobaFire community since the day I started. A lot of you gave me a nice warm welcome. I just wanted to say thank you to all of you who have helped me get to this place that I am now. I honestly wouldn't have gotten this far in seven months without you guys. I know editor doesn't seem like that big of deal to some, but to me it is because I want to go further. I love being here. It's like my home away from home for the internet. I want to help make a big difference here.

So with that being said, thank you Mobafire Community. This truly is an honor. I hope to go further here and hopefully make you f…

My first blog

Hello ladies and gentlemen and Welcome to my first blog!

As it's my first one, i don't know exactly what one writes here so some feedback about this would be cool...
Anyway i 'm gonna write about two things:
  • My (upcoming)guide(s)
  • and a Technical Issue i face with in-game screenshots(that's the vital part)
    Well,I used many brackets above
    Anyway let's procceed!

My (upcoming)guide

More or less, you must have understood what that "upcoming'' in brackets means. For the ones who didn't I explain below.
Right now I have just one guide published. It's a Vayne one and you can have a look at it by clicking right here
What I'm trying is to get more views and ffedback and who know if I'm lucky or you're in good mood the guide might scale in terms of rating, as well.
The upcoming guide is an Urgot one-we don't many of them you see- and it's like 35% ready, so if you're interested in it you could should wait a bit.

Let's move on to the next subject.

The technical issue

I want to take in-game…

Yes, I archived my Ahri guide. Here is why..

Hey Mobafire.
I just wanted to let everyone know I'm doing alright!

A lot has happened to me in these last months and I regret to say that I will not be able to update any of my guides for awhile.

Currently I am in the middle of moving across country and I have no time for games. I'll stick around the forums and such when I can. I miss my friends!

If/when I have the time I'll re-make my Ahri guide. Now I must respond to my ever-so-full inbox.

See ya!

Please Fix and Balance The Matchmaking System...kkthx

This is probably already heavily covered but I don't understand why the matchmaking system has a hard time balancing matches, especially blind pick.

It would seem to me that when it matches a team together it would use the average summoner level, the overall wins/losses of the combined team, and probably more but that would seem a good start. I don't know if they use that type of filter in the match making system or the system is just busted but there should rarely be any games that require a 20 minute surrender.

I've played about 200 games since I started playing like a month ago and if I had to guess less than 5% of these games were fairly matched and competitive. Almost always it's either a blow out on either side (seems mostly against my team). The blowouts are so bad that you find yourself wishing you could just reach for the reset button like they had on the old Nintendo System to start over because you know you're about to waste at least 20 minutes of your life.

Series to Bronze IV - Nordensgaard

Okay, so since i started doing this blog thing, i only won my games. so currently, im in my Series to Bronze 4.

The winning game that made me get to the promotion was a Maokai game, as top.. i usually never play maokai as top, but oh well, had to give it a shot.

I was against a nasus, it was actually a pretty hard lane in the beginning, but thanks to my jungle (Xin Xhao) i managed to get a first blood on Nasus. i did do ALOT of mistakes tho, i didnt check hes summoner spells, and it turned out he had Teleport. and he killed me.

i started out with Crystaline Flask, 1 ward and 1 mana potion, since Maokai is a very mana hungry champion, also i know Nasus has alot of sustain, so i tried to outsustain him with my build and my passive.

At my first B i bought Wardens Mail, and Sapphire Crystal, to get a bit more sustain against nasus. <-- totally forgot to buy boots, which was kinda bad because he could just chase me down, this only happend one time tho, after that i bought my boots.

I r…
