PROS:
+good waveclear
+great roaming

+easy catches

+can fit into many team comps
CONS:
- hard to execute against cc comps
- is bad if behind
- can be countered easily
- burst relies on hitting your Charm
- no mobility without ulti
- weak early game
- falls off when people get more items
