-10.14 Neeko's Q - Blooming Burst's cooldown time no longer immediately resets when she disguises herself as Aphelios after / Champions with Approach Velocity will no longer keep their bonus movement speed until their movement-impaired enemy respawns

now why is sunfire a good first item on neeko ? sunfire got a passive that deals aoe damge around a targed and urself when u cc someone what basicly means ur e now does more damage than before also the added tankyness from the cape makes it way easier to surrive enages or assassins but if u dont need that then twin shadows is a way better first item option as it provides not only more damage but also more cc with glacial augment sunfire is good depending on the enemy team also if ur fed like somehow u got 3 kills in lane early dont throw away ur lead by going tank just build damage items for now u can still get 1 or 2 tank items but if u get a lead use the extra gold to expand on this lead so u can actually carry games from that lead

now the queston when do i pick neeko is pretty simple u can always pick her she fits into pretty much any teamcomb as she provides peel damage and an engage

Neeko passive isnt useless got a fed yi in ur team ? disguise as him w and make the yi clone run towards anymies often times ull get a flash or something like that ur really fed and u want to fight someone but they just run away disguise as someone behind or weak on ur team to bait them in disguise as someone low hp to bait enemies etc there are many many uses for the neeko passive tho it gets useless if the enemy can see that u are neeko so always make sure they cant just look at the map to see oh the real jungler just ganked top this is neeko so try to disguise only when the enemy team has no vison on u or they will just see waht u did
