Hi, I'm Coocon and welcome to my 
Lissandra guide. She's one of those picks who will always be reliable. She can do a lot in 1v1, but teamfights are situations where she really shines. Her kit makes it easy to pick up for newer players, while also being strong choice for experienced summoners.
Besides her I also play Syndra, Evelynn, Katarina and Warwick.

Lissandra is a style dependant champion. You can either go for FULL-AP-ONESHOT burst Mage gameplay or more tanky build (but it was heavily nerfed so I'm not going to include it in this guide). Besides lots of utilty that she grants, she's also a great teamfighter. Her passive lets her turn the situation around easily - the only thing she has to do is to be close enough. She's great at pushing and has a good escape tool.

Passive ~ Iceborn Subjugation - Whenever an enemy champion dies while Lissandra is near, she spawns a Frozen Thrall from their corpse. DETAILS |

Q ~ Ice Shard - Lissandra throws a spear of ice that shatters when it hits an enemy, dealing magic damage and slowing Movement Speed. Shards pass through the target, dealing the same damage to other enemies hit.DETAILS |

W ~ Ring of Frost - Lissandra freezes nearby enemies in ice, dealing magic damage and rooting them.DETAILS |

E ~ Glacial Path - Lissandra creates an ice claw that deals magic damage. Reactivating this ability transports Lissandra to the claw's current location.DETAILS |

R ~ Frozen Tomb - If cast on an enemy champion, the target is frozen solid, stunning it. If cast on Lissandra, she encases herself in dark ice, healing herself while becoming untargetable and invulnerable. Dark ice then emanates from the target dealing magic damage to enemies and slowing Movement Speed.DETAILS |

Domination. Electrocute let's you deal big amout of damage in just a few seconds.Next rune is either
Cheap Shot for some extra damage of Taste of Blood for little sustain.Then you take
Eyeball Collection for better snowball potential.And last, but not least there is
Ultimate Hunter, which lets you either engage more often or save yourself more frequently.
