When is it good to take Unsealed Spellbook ? Im assuming it's good when you are the only good engager and you would sometimes need Teleport to get around the map, but I am not so sure.

when is it a good idea to run spellbook? I admit it's a fun rune to run as support, but with Thresh not having aftershock or glacial augment feels bad at the time of engage
