Hi! My name is Abby also known as Wheel of Fate on league! I'm a Masters Lux one trick. I hit high Masters on Support in Season 13 Split 1 and had a brand new climb on another account and hit Masters playing Lux Mid in the 2nd split!

-Gets increasingly more difficult to play the higher elo you go due to your enemies having better reactions and mechanics

PRIMARY

is 's rune of choice when you're in matchups that you can proc the rune consistently and reliably. This rune grants her extra gold in lane to hit her key item spikes and have an easier time scaling into the mid and fixes her rather awkward late game scaling with it's 7% damage bonus.

is preferred in this column as saving 300 gold on boots is really valuable on getting your key spikes quicker. This allows you to rush your mythic of choice and potentially hit an item spike faster than the enemy mid laner.

is a fantastic rune for . Having this rune guarantees you won't have mana issues with proper use of it until you reach . This rune is also great into lanes with a lot of poke.

Cosmic Insight is preferred in this column because it gives you ability haste that works on your and . Having this ability haste is super valuable especially if you're running because you will potentially have up more than the enemy mid if they chose to run it.

Double Adaptive is preferred alongside either an armor or magic resist shard depending on your lane matchup. You can also run a health shard if you prefer, it outscales armor and magic resist by level 5 but you'll lack that extra bit of defense for laning phase. This isn't recommended in harder matchups.

SECONDARY

The combination of and gives you extra damage in the mid and late game and you spike extremely hard at Rabadon's at the sacrifice of a weaker laning phase since you don't have .

The Combination of and gives you a stronger laning phase with the guaranteed true damage on every detonation of and a lower cooldown on your ultimate which can be valuable when you want to gain tempo by shoving the wave with and so you can use it more freely.

ALTERNATIVE

is your rune of choice in matchups where you can't reliably and consistently proc either due to them having a range advantage or too much poke. It can also be picked in matchups where you can bully the enemy laner.

alleviates 's mana issues until she gets her and gives you bonus mana regen which is always useful since sometimes runs low on mana due to her spells having high costs.

is really helpful for this specific page since it gives you that extra bit of power in laning phase and mid to late game by giving you extra AP. You can also take if you prefer it but in my opinion is better.

Scorch pairs well with due to the extra laning strength it gives. You can also go if you prefer the extra scaling. You can pair this with on the secondary tree for a huge AP spike at !
