Today, I'm showing you this guide on Varus ! MID :D

I'm Silver III (I cry so hard..) , and i'm playing in Team :)
I'm not a proplayer, but i'm pretty sure all can carry with this champ in high/low elo.
I haven't enough exeperience on Varus to know if my choises are the best so you can help me for upgrate this guide :D

Guide information

This is my 2nd guide, my first was in S4 with Tryndamere Jungle.

I think my Runes work well.
But if you have another rune build, tell me :p

With thoese you got :
+ 11.52 Armor Pen.
+ 9 Armor.
- 7.47% CDR.
+ 6.75 AD.

For Quints you can also take Armor Pen. if 12 Armor. Pen. is not enough ;)

I think these masteries are the best :D

Early (before jungle can gank)

You need to play really agressive ( if you can ) deny your ennemy and Harass him while you're not in his Range. If you kill him you'll be really nice in the game !
If you can't kill him before junglers begin to gank play safe and harass with your Q.

Without Ulti

You need to be safe, buy somes wards if possible. Without your ulti you can just slow with your E if they go in.

With ulti

Continue to buy wards ! With your ulti you can ask your jungle for counter gank and hard CC ennemies jungler. Tank or not you'll rape him with your W'stack and your armor pen.
On lane play safe and continue to harass with your Q. When ennemies is mid-life try to stack your W on him then hit him with you Q Spell.

give you some range and Damage, this is your main spell :D

HINT : Don't forget ! Its really better to canalize your Q the more possible = More damage and less CD on your next Q ;).

+ Your Armor Pen. give you awsome AntiTank-Carry.

allow you to slow ennemies for put more stack or just run :3

will allow you to be so efficient in TeamFight and onLane.

IF POSSIBLE : ( , , ) > > ( , , ) > .

Ganked :

I'm fine in my game i think i can 2v1 :

Try to find the good moment then :
on the closer ennemy > on the other ennemy > Stay close of the stuned champ in order to stund the other if he go in. Then use the classic sequence on the stunned ennemy :
( , , ) > > ( , , ) > .
Then RekT'ThemAll.

I'm not sure i can 2v1 : (DONT FORGET WARDS !)

Then just run and if you don't feed safe stund the closer ennemy. Don't forget your E !
It's not hard to escape with thoese + Flash and Barrier ;)

+ You'll be an epic anti-tank with your Armor Pen. + Stack ! + Varus can escape and enguage with Ulti ! + His Chain of Corruption is really useful in teamfight when ennemies are Packed ! + His damage are just so hard ! + Varus harass so hard.

- Need blue in early for spam Q. - Without ulti, Varus is too vulnerable from gank. Wards ! - If Varus's not good in his game he'll get rekt in closer fight. - CC cancelled Q canalization. - You need a nice positioning and a someone who can protect you.

Varus have a verry small "boosted skin".
As you can see, his Ulti is harder to see so its op in TF ;)
