In my opinion Talon is your biggest counter no matter your skill level. So if you are against a Talon either go tank Kassadin, swap lanes, or farm and roam as much as you can. Definitely take a Seeker's before you rush ROA against him.

Introduction
Hey, my in game name is Kassadln and I am a Kassadin enthusiast. I absolutely love Kassadin, and I feel as though every time I play him I learn more as he has a very high skill cap. Many think Kassadin became underpowered after his rework back in s4, but in my opinion they only think that because before his rework Kassadin did not take skill, as we all know he was OVERPOWERED and I also think that his nerf was for the better as now it is possible to play him in ranked. Another thing, I would be grateful if you checked was my Kassadin stream. Here<3
