Darius
Darius has been insanely strong since conqueror was added. I usually ban him every game because he has a lot of harass with his E and a ton of damage from everything else.

Introduction
Pros
Really good damage in both forms
Tanky in mega
Good farming abilities
Easy to learn
Can kite like a god in mini
Cons
Very squishy in mini until he gets items
Hard to master
Gnar has a lot of positives but he also has some critical negatives. But, Gnar is an all around great champion.

Sorcery
Summon Aery is one of the best keystone in my opinion due to it's insane poke power. You throw your Q, activates. Auto attack, activates. It's just an all around amazing keystone.
Nullifying Orb gives you that extra boost in survivability. You could take Ultimate Hat instead, i usually take Nullifying Orb over.
Celerity synergies really well with Gnar's W with it's bonus MS. So that's the reason behind celerity.
Scorch gives a little extra poke with your Q. You could take Water Walking for chasing potential, but scorch is my favorite option.
Resolve
Bone Plating is a fantastic rune. It gives you that extra suvivability in lane and 1v1s. I honestly wouldn't recommend Font of Life and Demolish are good, but bone plating is so much better.
Second Wind, again, gives you extra survivabilty in lane and 1v1s. Conditioning and Chrysalis are both very good, but it just comes up to preference.

P
Gnar's passive is what allows him to turn into Mega Gnar. Mega Gnar has etra stats like bonus MR and Armor, bonus Health, and Bonus AD at the cost of attack speed and range. In mega form you are a force to be reckoned with in both 1v1s and team fights. Mini Gnar has bonus range, MS, and attack speed. Mini Gnar is by no means bad at all, in fact, he may even be the better form! But, he is very squishy which causes hime to die very fast in team fights. Never engage a team fight unless you are close to getting Mega Gnar.
Q
Gnar's Q allows for good poke and can activate Hyper's stacks and prock it.It does nice damage and is even better in mega form. While Mega Gnar, the toss does more damage and has an aoe effect when it hits and enemy or reaches its max range.
W
Mini Gnar can stack abilites or basic attacks up to 3 times on a target. on the 3rd hit, Gnar does a burst of magic damage and gains a burst of MS. Mega Gnar slams an area in front of him deaing physical damage and stunning the enemy. Both are great and this is what makes mini gnar so good at kiting.
E
Mini Gnar jumps in the air dealing damage to the first enemy he lands on and also gets a second jump right after. Mega Gnar jumps in the air and deals aoe damage where he lands. If enemies are in the middle they are slowed for a short duration. This is your engage, chase, and get away tool. Use it wisely as it's on a lengthy cool down.
R
Mini Gnar's hyper movement speed is increased. Mega Gnar throws enemies in a direction dealing aoe damage. If enemies hit a wall, they take more damage and are stunned. This is your engage tool and team fight tool. If you can land a 4-5 man R, the team fight goes in your favor.

Core
This is the best item to build on Gnar. It gives you armor reduction for all physical damage you do, a lot of health, decent damage, and CDR. An all around great item for Gnar.
This item helps Gnar chase with it's slow and gives you a ton of health and a little bit of damage on top of that.
This item is what helps Gnar get tanky as it gives him 80 armor! It's passive is also really good for helping in 1v1s. Armor, health, and a great passive lets this item stick around in the core for Gnar.
After Core
This is the item you would build if you like dueling and being aggressive. It gives you life steal, damage, attack speed, and an active that deals damage lets you steal MS from a target. All around great item.
Guardian Angel is a great item if you're either carrying or you just want extra survivablity. Give you damage, more armor, and a great passive.
This item is amazing for team fights because of its active, but, to me,I just don't like building it very often on Gnar. That doesn't mean it's a garbage item by any means, build if you like it,i just think there are better choices out there. Good MR and armor and an amazing active and really solid passives!
This item lets you deal a ton of damage because of the spell blade passive and on top of that, it gives you attack speed, MS, health, a little damage, and CDR. An amazing item to build.
This item may seem like a weird one but here me out. Mini Gnar's W and Mega Gnar's R scale with a little AP. So that means, Banshee's 75 AP will help Gnar's W and R! The item also gives you solid MR and CDR as well as a spell shield passive. A weird choice I know, but it works pretty well!
This item is a solid choice if they have a lot of AP champions, gives you a lot of health, a good amount of MR, health regen, and a great passive that will synergise with BoRK because of the 30% increased healing from all sources.
In conclusion, Gnar is a well rounded champion. He has good damage, good health, good mobility, and good utility. If you enjoy bruisers, you should give Gnar a try. That's all for my first guide. Nothing special, but it was a lot of fun. Give me any suggestions in the comments on how to improve! Until next time, have a good day and thanks for reading. :)
