Early game should be a hassle dealing with him and late gate also doesn't help much either. however you will out damage him and my best advice is for you to build around him. (as this is a build whatever guide.)
Darius
early game you barely win but when late game comes you are pretty screwed in a 1v1 scenario. my best advice for you is to get ahead when you still can. Once you are ahead you need to snowball as much as you can because you can win fights against him if your fed and he's not.
Fiora
It all really depends on how good the fiora is because you can be 3-0 but a good fiora will still beat you in a duel (the grand duelist.) However, do not underestimate your own damage because your level 3 (if you poke enough to all in.) and level 6 is better than hers. so my advice is to get ahead before she can really start doing damage or your screwed.
Yorick
If you fight Yorick and you know what your doing this will be a very easy game. as an Akali main I have never fed or lost lane to a Yorick. He has little to no resistance early game and most Yoricks will underestimate your damage and overestimate their own damage.
So if you fight a Yorick you should be able to crush him and be too powerful for him to catch up.
Aatrox
Probably as bad or worse than Darius because Aatrox counters you in a way some champs cant and as Akali there is very little counter-play. The problem with Aatrox is that all of his abilities are high damage AOE attacks rendering your shroud completely useless in an all in attempt. (which is very important because Akali's shroud normally makes up for her being very squishy early game.) And since Aatrox's R exist he'll be the one tower diving you. (also it will be very hard to farm because Aatrox will poke you a lot.) This matchup is an example of a game you might wanna build tanky on.
Renekton
Other than Renekton's damage he isn't much of a threat considering your shroud is perfect kiting him and poking him until you can all in. All you have to do is get ahead and snowball.
Dr. Mundo
Early game you win. Late game it will take 3 years but you will eventually win. Mundo's aren't really a threat to a Akali but if you get ganked and mundo gets ahead it will be a very tedious lane for you.
Gnar
The main reason why he's number 3 is because a decent Gnar will know when he's poked enough to all in you and don't rely on your shroud as he can literally throw you out of it and rag doll you.
your best bet is to win more trades against him then he does to you.
Illaoi
illaoi is very dangerous because fighting her is all about lane control and your W does not help much when she pulls your soul or she hits her Q. Illaoi is a tank that can destroy you early game and definitely late. It will be difficult but your best bet is to see if you can beat her level 6 (which is the only time you can win on even terms.) and snowball. If she gets ahead you lose.
Heimerdinger
I know this a top guide but you have no idea how many people I've seen go heimerdinger top lane and crush me. Trust me its not fun. There is a high chance you will be behind on farm. if the heimerdinger gets ahead it will be near impossible to catch up so your best bet is to all in when you can and abuse your shroud.
Riven
As riven is really squishy you should easily win against her as long as you don't let her get ahead.
Zac
Perfect for spoon feeding teammates. and good for akali since she doesn't have to waster all her abilities chasing someone.
Blitzcrank
The obvious hook2win champ.
Skarner
Like em rare or well done? This Boi here serves em good.
