Who am I?
Hey, I am RUSSSSIAN GANGPLANK with 800k mastery points on it. (DO NOT USING VODKA WITH MY ORANGES, TRUST ME)
PROS and CONS
+
1. SO MUCH GOLD
2. whole map ULTIMATE
3. SO MUCH DAMAGE
4. Crazy waveclear and splitpush with his BARRELS
5. Semi-range with his Q, E and R.
6. TRUE DAMAGE passive
7. Cleanse on his W and heal.

1. HARD early (with GRASP and CORRUPTIVE POT it will be easier, but ye... HARD early)
2. HARD to master (Need to feel Gangplank and LOL at all)
3. EXPENSIVE items (and guy at all :D)
4. 0 DASHES
5. Enemies can destroy your BARRELS

What to MAX and why?
PASSIVE - (do not forget about it, it gains u movespeed (when enemy runs to u, u can make an auto and RUN! Or when u chase him without phage =) TRUE DAMAGE scaling of AD. INSANE)
Q - RANGE SHOT(Based on our AD and all our effect will be proc. for example - GRASP, SHEEN, PHAGE, TIAMAT et cetera)
W - CLEANSE (high mana cost +10 heal per lvl. That is USELESS to max).
E - (we can max it. BUUTTT we using GRASP and spam it on our enemy, thats why Q is most important, TRUST ME)
Q - RANGE SHOT(Based on our AD and all our effect will be proc. for example - GRASP, SHEEN, PHAGE, TIAMAT et cetera)
