I started playing Irelia after her rework because she looked broken TBH which she was. I continued playing her after her series of nerfs because I just enjoyed her kit which allowed for outplays as long as you kept track of everything. It took a lot of time to learn how to play Irelia correctly and I still find new things I can improve on when I play Irelia. For some people, she is boring but for a niche group of players she is extremely fun due to her Q resets and being able to dance around opponents.
