His 1-5 will be weak like his ap but still has better trade potential than ap.
His 6 is his power spike, but not as big as his item spikes.
It states 20% damage increase (meaning Not just ap damage)
His q has 1 to 1 ad ratio or a little bit more with chum the water.
Finally his w does % health damage when active
You can easily chunk or 1 shot an adc if you land your skills properly.
