Passive. - Prowl - Prowl is a great innate that allows Nidalee to move faster while in brush. This is very effective for chasing/escaping.

Q - Javelin Toss/Takedown - in human form, Javelin Toss will do some damage(this build is for a ad nid not for a ap nid), in cougar form, Takedown our main attack you will do tons of damage.

W - Bushwhack/Pounce - in human form, you drop a trap and if someone runs over it, you will gain vision of them, and they will take some Magic Damage,
Dont works whit wards - teemo shrooms, in cougar form, nidale leap forward whit a low CD
and do some magic AoE damage, nice for farming.

E - Primal Surge/Swipe - in human form, you will heal someone for an X amount, + a percentage of your Ability Power. Healing someone will also increase their attack speed. This spell is great for helping low allies, and giving attack speed its usefull to use it in or , in cougar form, do a small AoE magic Damage, great for farming.

R - Aspect of the Cougar - Nidalee turns into a cougar gaining some buffs, and it allows her to use her second set of spells.

Exhaust
it helps to run and chase.

the best summoner spell you can teleport over the wall also you can combine it whit to get away
