Pros!!!/Cons!!!

[*] Has relatively long cool-downs
[*] Slow
Masteries
In Masteries I take 21/0/9 Focusing in Offense and Utility. In Offense get as much Cool-down Reduction as posible . Also try to get as much Magic Penetration as possible , with all of the Ability Power and increased damage points in the category . In Utility focus on Mana Regeneration , Movement Speed , and longer durations of buffs and potions .
Runes
In runes I focus on Mana and Ability Power . Get 9 Glyph of Ability Power . this will improve your damage out-put in the lane. Get 9 Mark of Mana . This will help you in sustain combined with 1 Greater Quintessence of Mana . Also get 9 Seal of Armor so you can survive a gank from a jungle. And finally get 2 Greater Quintessence of Ability Power to cap your damage out-put.

Items
With items on Ahri , You Start off with one of the Starter Builds I gave you . Then you build Sorcerer's Shoes for their magic penetration after that you buy Rabadon's Deathcap for its large amount of Ability Power and because it gives you 30% increased Ability Power After that the order really doesn't matter the one thing that is required on you build is Rabadon's Deathcap . What I usually do is I build Rylai's Crystal Scepter and Rod of Ages for their Health , Mana and Ability Power . After that I build the other 2 main Ability Power Items Deathfire Grasp , and Zhonya's Hourglass for their great Ability Power. If you take this option you will have over 700 Ability Power. If you take my other option for if the enemy builds Magic Resist That build will let you still do damage in a game .

Summoner Spells
In Summoner Spells , Ignite and Flash are good options , because they give you greater pushing capability . Another Wondeful combination is Barrier and Flash . These two Summoner Spells give you more of a defensive play style , such as let you escape great damage. The third combonation is Clarity and Flash . These 2 spells give you more of a sustain. If you miss a lot of your spells i would recommend Clarity .

Skill Sequence
The Skill Sequence for Ahri The Nine tailed Fox is Q Orb of Deception , E Charm and then W Fox-Fire. You max you ultimate R Spirit Rush whenever possible (as with all Ultimates) . First of all you are probably wondering "Why do I max Charm second and not Fox-Fire. well the answer to that is One [*] Your e is high in burst . And Two [*] It allows you (And your team) to do more damage over the period. You max you Q Orb of Deception FIRST is because of its high Ability Power Ratio , and its true damage on the way back . this means on the way back it will do exactly the amount listed . The reason you max W Fox-Fire last is One [*] Its hard to hit through Minions if your trying to hit a Champion and if they are on the edge of the radius only One will hit. And Two if you only use an Charm , Orb of Deception you will save 50 mana . So if you use your E,Q combo 4 times you will have saved 200 Mana by not using Fox-Fire.
Gameplay
When playing as Ahri you are very weak until level 5 . So don't spam your abilities at least until level 4 , So you must farm with you basic attacks and play safe. Remember your q Orb of Deception comes back to you and does true damage on the way back . To hit all of you Fox-Fire , you have to get into close proximity to your target or only 1 will hit them . Okay so far we have gone through Orb of Deception , Fox-Fire , and now were moving onto Charm . It can be used offensively and defensively. Offensively you can use it to increase you Magic Damage and help you land kills . Defensively it can be used to slow a target that is charging at you such as a Hecarim using Devastating Charge you use Charm and it slows his movement letting you get away . Now , Moving on to Spirit Rush it can be used the same way . You can use Spirit Rush to chase down kills or use it passively and dash between Area , OR you can use it to dash away . Now , I play passively with Ahri i always save 1 Spirit Rush for escapeing unless i have Flash active.
Unique Skill
Ahri's passive Essence Theft is unique in its own way. Essence theft is more than what you think such as you have 9 stacks of Essence Theft and you use Orb of Deception it doesn't restore health two times it restores it for how many times you hit a target.
