Introduction

Hello to all,
Welcome to my first Build.
This Heimerdinger page i have is one that I win a lot with, even if I am short runes and masteries.
This Build focuses on Building mana in the beginning, and buffing health, just so late game you don't uselessly go back to base.

Spells

The Turret is definitely taken First, but a decision on grenade or missiles btwn 2 and 3 is yours. Upgrade missiles fully first, and Upgrade all the time.

Masteries

Max all the abilities in order.
Meditation> Recall> Expanded Mind> Summoner's> Insight> Vampirism> Biscuteer> Awareness> Intelligence/Pickpocket> Intelligence/Pickpocket> Nimble> Greed> Wealth> Wanderer

Gameplay

Heimy should take all cs in lane, because of the turrets. Plan with Heimy and don't spur of the moment, because you will be unplanned and unprepared, as he is squishy.
