If their Support is near by, you just ult them and chase down that ADC. If their ADC is as big a wimp as you are, then you just ult them and smack them around till they get the idea that AP Poppy ain't just for show.

Late game:
How have you not won this game yet!?
Diplomatic Immunity makes you the best tank in the game! If you're dying to their hard hitters, DO NOT ULT THEM! No, don't, stop it! How can all 5 of them be doing damage!? Don't ult one you'll be fighting. KILL THEM WITH YOUR IMMUNITY!

But why not make all quints the same?

You're delicate, so I'll explain this better:
-There are only 2 Items with stacking flat Magic Pen in the game. However, you need some AP to start off with. Magic Pen won't make your jungling faster, but AP will. 20 AP is a good starting spot for flat AP. But if that doesn't make sense to you, here's a picture of what happens when you Don't get Magic Pen runes:
-You need that armor to jungle! Poppy's passive is good against Nukes. But the jungle don't nuke.

Do you know what that purple glow is around Poppy's hammer? It's not the glow of great justice. But you would know what it is since by now you're practically a master in the art of Poppy.

This is really where you should question what brought you to this page.
Pros:
-AP Poppy wins games
-You're not gonna lose to the top bruiser
-You'll be able to wreck most other junglers in a single Devastating Blow
-Your ult makes for the best early game ganks around, enabling you to tower dive
-You can take out any single carry on the other team and still have time to take out the other one!
-Because you're not stupid, and you know how to pick a champ and win

Cons:
-Not that you need AOE anyway, but if you want it... maybe you should go back to jungle Alistar
-Her melee range makes this little yordle one tough cookie to play. JUST EAT IT AND MAN UP
-You could have had a V8!
