Introduction
Hi everyone, I'm Aphray, and this is my ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Without further ado, I present to you, my dear readers, my ![]() ![]() |
Arcane Comet: With this,
Alistar can output a lot more damage in team-fights and become a lot more lane dominant with the extra damage the comet gives.
Manaflow Band: This is useful for the fact that you will not run out of mana when using this in laning phase.
Absolute Focus: This is good for extra damage because you are most likely going to be above 70% health with the help of
Taste of Blood and
Ravenous Hunter.
Scorch: This adds extra damage in laning phase with the extra burn damage when you combo.
Taste of Blood: This makes you have extra healing making you above 70% health for the damage of
Absolute Focus and will make you sustain more.
Ravenous Hunter: This also makes you healthy for
Absolute Focus and will also sustain you the more healing the better.

-
Triumphant Roar: Alistar charges his roar by stunning or displacing enemy champions or when nearby enemies die. When fully charged he heals himself and all nearby allied champions.
-
Pulverize (Q): Alistar smashes the ground, dealing damage to nearby enemies and tossing them into the air.
Alistar smashes the ground, dealing 60/105/150/195/240 (+50% Ability Power) magic damage and tossing nearby enemy units into the air for 1 second.
-
Headbutt (W): Alistar rams a target with his head, dealing damage and knocking the target back.
Alistar rams into an enemy, dealing 55/110/165/220/275 (+70% Ability Power) magic damage and knocking them back.
-
Trample (E): Alistar tramples nearby enemy units, ignoring unit collision and gaining stacks if he damages an enemy champion. At full stacks Alistar's next basic attack against an enemy champion deals additional magic damage and stuns them.
Alistar tramples the ground, ignoring unit collision and dealing 0 (+0) magic damage over 5 seconds to nearby enemies. Each pulse that damages at least one enemy champion grants Alistar a Trample stack. At 5 Trample stacks Alistar empowers his next basic attack against an enemy champion to deal an additional 0 magic damage and stun for 1 second.
-
Unbreakable Will (R): Alistar lets out a wild roar, removing all crowd control effects on himself, and reducing incoming physical and magical damage for the duration.
Removes all disables from Alistar. For 7 seconds Alistar takes 55/65/75% reduced physical and magical damage.
-
Triumphant Roar: Alistar charges his roar by stunning or displacing enemy champions or when nearby enemies die. When fully charged he heals himself and all nearby allied champions. This goes well with the Ardent Censer you will purchase
-
Pulverize (Q): This is a crowd control move that puts them in the air the easiest way to hit this is to do it once you w.
-
Headbutt (W): This is a very versatile move I'd say considering it has a lot of uses you could flash behind someone knock them to your team or knock them away combo it with your q and e very useful.
-
Trample (E): This is a reliable stun that can help you secure kills easily and does kind of unexpected damage plus with your Gunblade you will purchase it will blow up squishy targets.
-
Unbreakable Will (R): This is used to become more of a tank in a team-fight and removes disables which means removes stuns, roots, etc. This helps because they might not think you can combo since you are stunned or rooted but you can just ult and combo. (EPIC BAIT)

We want this item for the Cooldown Reduction it provides, so that we can get our combo quicker. |
![]() |
This item is used for the burst of his abilities that all scale with ability power and because it's the only support item that is ability power we use it. |
![]() |
This is used for the ability to blow up squishy targets in laning phase and even in team fights when you have the chance to reach one. The active and ability power makes that happen. |
![]() |
This is used because of your passive and the extra stats it gives. The extra healing of your passive helps in laning and can even carry a team fight when it activates. |
![]() |
This does extra damage from the burn damage its like having an extra scorch rune and gives you armor to be more of a tank. |
Q: How to roam effectively?A: How you roam effectively is looking at your ADC. If you aren't hurting them and then wont get dived then you can roam however if the opposite will happen then stay in lane. To roam you want to go through river and to roam top it's better to back to base then just run top. Or teleport if you have it.
Q: Why do you need Moo Cow AlistarA: Because you need to spam cowbell to win the game. If you don't have it you are already losing.
