Introduction

Hi guys,
This is my first MOBAfire guide, so I decided to make it about my favourite and most ranked played champion... the Monkey King. This guide will hopefully help you to dominate your opponent in the solo top lane...especially .

If you don't get get enough farm/kills early game you're screwed later on.

Farming

is a great farmer because of his E and Q . Try to let the minions do most of the work then you finish them off. If your not farming so well compared to your solo top opponent then don't be afraid to use your abilities to take those minions down

Harassment

is the best melee harasser I know, he can dish out large amounts of damage with then then quickly away so they waste their spells on your without taking any damage but do not, I repeat not do this in front of an opposing turret as you will be seen by the turret, get targeted by the turret and the enemy will immediately try to engage. Usually ending with death

Summoner Spells

I use teleport for all my solo top champions as you'll be taking on some champions such as who sustains like a beast you can back and quickly back to your tower full health.

Best escape.... over the walls.... An obvious choice.

Other Viable Summoner Spells

A great spell for just finishing your opponent. But later game it becomes virtually useless.I'd prefer to take or .

Again its good early game when you're up against huge pokers such as dr.mundo just to remove those pokes.

I prefer to just because even if you're running really fast you still can't go through walls.

Boots

I know you'll all be saying "Who buys the boots of mobility, what a noob." Well I know there are some choices that may seem better but if you follow my guide you'll be dominating throughout the game,so to use these boots you can catch up to your fleeing opponents... And possibly finally snag that ever elusive PENTAKILL.

Other Viable Boots

Unique Skills

has some great skills like some of the best jukes in the game with possibly THE BEST apart from maybe but....well shes a troll....Had to be said,sorry eve lovers.

Wukongs Solo Top Opponents

isn't all that hard of a champ until she gets to level 6 then don't engage with her unless: You have backup, You have a clear advantage or you know for a fact that her ult is down. Solution: Harass and gain the upper hand in cs and kills if you can.

is almost the most annoying solo top champ in the league only second to if he lands his on you and completes his full combo including ult early on.... Your dead. Solution: DODGE RUPTURE!!!

is plain OP his skills make up a combo that will AT LEAST put you down to half hp he deals true damage just like and any true damage is OP but it's not his ult that is the most op move in his skill set, in my opinion his passive is just a pain in the neck the only real ways to stop him is to dodge his axe grab so he cant do his combo.
