Resolve
Demolish vs Font of LifeDemolish is more powerful in the first 15 minutes allowing you to take some additional starting plates
Font of Life is better in the team fight in fact in the late game it guarantees that sustain that could make the difference
Conditioning vs Bone PlatingConditioning allows you to have greater potential in late game that you may not feel in the early game
Bone Plating gives you an advantage at the beginning but at the end of the game it becomes practically useless due to the statistics of the opponents
Domination vs Precision
Domination with
Cheap Shot and Ravenous Hunterit allows you to have that life-stealing necessary not to have to go back to heal yourself but only to complete the item you need (or after you have done the fields you can safely gank)
Precision with
Triumph and Legend: Alacrityit allows you to have an attack speed boost (very useful on Rammus) and to have some extra gold from kills allowing you to get to your full form first (Rammus gives his best in late game)
Ghost vs Flash
Ghost is my best choice. It has a much lower countdown and allows you to gank on another level than
Flash. When used in combo with Powerball it allows you to reach high speeds that take laners off guard even if they have vision on river.Flash is used by most players but with rammus is not the best choice.
