Teemo Passive Ability
Introduction
Camouflage- If Teemo stands still and takes no actions for 2 seconds, he becomes stealthed indefinitely. After leaving stealth, Teemo gains the Element of Surprise, increasing his attack speed by 40% for 2 seconds.
Such a great passive. You can use it for warding, or for a sneak attack. Such a boost of speed attack for 2 sec ( 40%).
Blinding Dart - Obscures an enemy's vision with a powerful venom, dealing damage to the target unit and causing all attacks to miss for the duration.
It gives him an anti AD carry feel to him as you can shut down a targets auto attacks for up to 2.5 seconds which is awesome.
Move Quick- Passive: Teemo's Movement Speed is increased by 10/14/18/22/26% unless he has been damaged by an enemy champion or turret in the last 5 seconds. Active: Teemo sprints, gaining twice his normal bonus for 3 seconds. This bonus is not lost when struck.
Simple, use it if you need kill or run away from enemy. You can run into bush and if you have 2 sec you can become stealth with your passive.
Toxic Shot - Teemo's basic attacks poison their target, dealing 10/20/30/40/50 (+0.4 AP) magical damage upon impact and 6/12/18/24/30 (+0.10 AP) magical damage each second for 4 seconds.
- An amazing attack modifier that allows Teemo to dominate the early game with a damage bonus, it helps you last hit creeps and it even finishes off severely wounded targets, this guide maxes this skill first as it generally does more DPS (Damage Per Second) than Blinding Dart and allows you to contribute a sustained flow of heavy damage within team fights or skirmishes.
Noxious Trap
Teemo places an explosive poisonous trap using one of the mushrooms stored in his pack. If an enemy steps on the trap it will release a poisonous cloud, slowing enemies and damaging them over time.
Uses a stored mushroom to place a trap that detonates if an enemy steps on it, spreading poison to nearby enemies that slows movement speed by 30/40/50% and deals 200/325/450 (+0.8) magic damage over 4 seconds. Traps last 10 minutes.Teemo forages for a mushroom every 35.0/31.0/27.0 seconds, but he is only big enough to carry 3 at once.
Just put everywhere you can. In early game focus on your lane, and if you can, go help MID and put shrums (ward) in side bushes. It will save them from ganks and give time to escape.

Ignite - Allows you to out damage top laners with ease, naturally works in conjunction with your DoTs and is a great anti heal tool. The improved Ignite also is perfect for hybrid builds
Flash - Even after the slight nerf it is still an amazing tool to utilize, due to its versatile nature it can be used offensively or defensively to alter the outcome of fights.
Exhaust - A nice way to defend yourself against a gank or to focus down an AD carry in a team fight. Somethimes it can bring reverse in team fight if you exhaust most dangereous champ.
Ghost - Since you have Move Quick, Ghost seems a bit of an overkill, a worthy alternate to Flash within dominion, but thats about it
Heal - Take this spell to ensure your survivabiltiy. Also ensure you use it in team fights to provide a heal for your entire team! Sometimes brings reverse from losing to winning in team fight.
ALL OTHER SPELLS are usefull fot Teemo.

BOOTS- Allways buy these. Optional is Dorian Blade if you want some early health and dmg, life steal is allways wellcome :D
Berserker's Greaves - Buy these boots in early game phase for attack speed, and after you buy core items ( MALADY and STINGER ) you can replace them with Sorcerer's Shoes or Mercury's Treads if your opp team has more AP champ.
MALADY - Buy this core item for more attack speed, and some ap. The passive is some boost to your attack.
STINGER - More and more attack speed. Why? You are squishy champ and you must bea able to kill champ in short time. Why not to upgrade in Nashor's Tooth? Simply- 10% attack speed and 15 ap wont help you as can Pickaxe. Is allways better choose some attack dmg.
HEXTHECH GUNBLADE - So good item on Teemo. Add more attack dmg, gives you lifesteal for suvarbility (brings you good lifesteal bcs of your attack speed and some attack dmg).ACTIVE on that ittem is so powerfull and brings you more dmg. Allways use ACTIVE in team fight. First rush Pickaxe for more dmg and then BILGEWATER CUTGLASS for some lifesteal.
DEATHFIRE GRASP - Nice boost to your E and Q spell. Enemy will feel the pain from your shrums after you buy this item. But Active on that item is sto great, and combined with active on HEXATECH GUNBLADE will burn your enemy in second.
