About Darius :
If Darius is ban a lot it's for a good reason on laning phase Darius can dominate most of the melee champions on top.
On early game Darius is moving realy slow and not durable enough to trade easy.
The better thing to do before Lv 6 is to farm safe -> back Shop -> All in on lane after getting vision on enemie jungler.
Midgame viable options:
1 - If you win the lane and team win the game [Push until you get nexus and be careful about 3v1, most of the time 2v1 are still winable with Darius]
2 - If you Win the lane but your team losing. [freeze the lane and deny opponent CS as long as you don't know where is the jungler or midlaner]
3 - You Lose the lane and team winning [farm Only safe place/pick Opportunity(Roam, Ganks)]
4 - You lose and you team is losing [farm Only safe place/pick opportunity(roam, ganks)] ***PRAY***
END Game:
Just play with your team, Darius is easy to kite without summoner.
