[Flat attack damage Reds and Quints]
Early game AD is important for your first ganks. Your
will hit hard, and your jungle will be easy. Synergizes well with Lifesteal masteries. I take them over Armor Pen, because I get Brutalizer early. Brutalizer will be the Armor Pen you need for mid game. Late game you will have
Last Whisper. More Armor Pen is overkill if you ask me.

Before I talk about Items, I'd like to explain why these items work well on
Kha'Zix.
Kha'Zix Is a melee CASTER! That's right, a Caster. DEALWITHIT. Now let's talk about what that means. That means no
Phantom Dancers. Your main source of damage comes from abilities, so your items should make them count. You are not going to be sitting there auto-attacking anybody for extended periods of time.
Kha'Zix cannot survive extended exposure to fights. You will rely on your mobility, and cooldowns to do what you need to do. Think of him like
Shaco. (btw ap shaco is bad, stop playing him like that. Infact, build shaco the exact same way you build
Kha'Zix, but with an
Infinity Edge instead of a
Maw of Malmortius, and
Ionian Boots of Lucidity.) Anyways, back on topic. You're going to be using your abilities to do deceptive damage. The longer you're in a fight, the more likely you are to die. So attack speed, crit, and excessive lifesteal, is not worth your money. Building too tanky makes you worthless, because your role is to BURST down squishies. With that, let's explain your items in order.
EARLY GAME:
Cloth Armor, and 5
Health Potions
This is so you don't die jungling. You need FULL or almost FULL health to gank. You are squishy, never forget that.
Boots
You will need to get these on your first trip back. Positioning is everything for
Kha'Zix. Early movement speed is key to successful ganking. If you can't afford
Wriggle's Lantern, get
Madred's Razors, or any of it's prerequisites before
Vampiric Scepter. Get
Health Potions instead. Lifesteal is solely for having a good amount of health for your ganks, not to sustain in fights. (lifesteal is for healing off minions so you don't have to go back).
Madred's Razors will speed up your jungle greatly.
Wriggle's Lantern
Prioritize this item before upgrading your boots. The ward will make you a terror in the jungle. Place it near the enemy Red Buff, and counter jungle. (or not)
Ninja Tabi /
Mobility Boots
I'll make this simple. These are the only boots you should get.
Ninja Tabi will be
Kha'Zix's greatest defence. You will be building him very squishy, so you need these to greatly reduce physical damage.
Mercury's Treads are unnecessary in my opinion. Your leap will get you out of most situations better than these expensive boots. If you get hard CC'd, you will most likely die whether or not you have them. Positioning and knowing when to go in is your survival. You need all the money you can get to hit HARD. Your source of Magic Resistance, will come from the
Hexdrinker you will be building later.
Mobility Boots are great for ganking often, and coming to your team's aid. Only pick these up if you are confident that the other team sucks. I know it does not synergize with your
Void Assault, but the reason I buy them has nothing to do with that ability. When in doubt, buy a
Ninja Tabi, it's cheap, it reduces physical damage greatly, and they're swag.
MID GAME:
The Brutalizer /
Hexdrinker
The Brutalizer is MANDATORY. This item will give you Cooldown-Reduction and Armor Pen. Everything you need to be a terror mid game. You will notice your
Taste Their Fear hits like a holocaust. The Cooldown-Reduction will also make your
Leap more reliable as a form of escape and gap-closer. But
The Brutalizer is not always the best pick. You have a
Ninja Tabi, so your armor for the whole game is covered. If you are behind, you will need to be a bit more tanky. I suggest getting a
Hexdrinker in games that are not going so well. Especially if there is a
Karthus,
Lux,
Mordekaiser, etc. If the need is more damage, always go with the
The Brutalizer over the
Hexdrinker. After you get a
The Brutalizer, get a
Hexdrinker.
LATE GAME:
Last Whisper
Keep your
Taste Their Fear Strong into late game.
Maw of Malmortius
You have a
Hexdrinker... finish it. Gives you more damage, must I explain?
Bloodthirster
Nothing peeves me more than rushing this item. This is a late game item. You have many item slots filled, and going back for items becomes less important. You have almost completed your full build, and Items from here on out do not help much more. You need this item to stay out there fighting. You need to be out there for your team. Heal from fights by auto attacking NPCs instead of going back. OOM? Get blue buff. You have
Smite so tell
Malzahar to suck it.
Youmuu's Ghostblade
You have a
The Brutalizer... finish it. Use the active to 1v1, take a tower down, or for the speed.
Guardian Angel
I'm not explaining this.
SITUATIONAL ITEMS:
Black Cleaver: I've been testing this item out. If your enemy team has a lot of vulnerable squishies, take this over
Last Whisper. But if the enemy jungler has over 200 armor, consider keeping
Last Whisper so you can fight him in the jungle.
Infinity Edge: I personally never take this item, but if you catch yourself in a lot of 1v1 situations, pick this up... AFTER
Youmuu's Ghostblade.
Youmuu's Ghostblade active +
Infinity Edge = broken in a 1v1.
Frozen Heart: Take this if you're playing like trash and the enemy team has a lot of armor. If you buy this item, it seems like this is the only time you would want to evolve
Void Spike, just for the slow utility. But for the love of god, keep
Leap.

Ganking can go really wrong if you are below 80% health.
Take the kills early game, it helps you with jungling. After about 3 kills, never steal kills from your AD carry. Jack on everyone else.
Don't be afraid to kill steal! (if you're bad, never do this.)
