Introduction
aaand welcome to my guide.
Please give me suggestion so i can fix my guide, but please dont give a harass comment.
Pros
so ezreal has really good skill shot. He can poke and kitting easily. His Mystic Shot deals lot of damage, low mana and low cooldown. and he has good escaping, chasing, reposition ability Arcane Shift
Cons
Ezreal lack CCs like most other AD Carries. Difficult to master because he's using skill shot. His items pretty expensive almost all the items 2.8k+ so make sure you farm well. And of course he's squishy.

Recommended Spells
Flash - make you teleport in short distance
I think this is the Spell that ADC must bring. imo, you need it to chase, reposition, even escaping. This spell is multi-function Lol
Barrier - Shield your champion for 95 + (20 per level) for 2 seconds
This is good spell for AD Carries, it can help you in team fights. or can make you escape from Requiem lol.
another summoner spells
Ignite - Ignites target enemy unit, dealing 70-410 true damage over 5 seconds and reduces healing effects on the target for the duration
If you think your lane opponent is easy to counter, and if you play aggressive take this and you got support like Soraka. You can combo it with Arcane Shift and hit the enemy champion (I recommend to use Quick Cast)
Exhaust - Exhausts target champion, reducing their Movement Speed by 40%, attack damage dealt by 70%, and ability and item damage dealt by 35% for 2.5 seconds. it's a good spell because Ezreal doesnt have CC. But, i think your support will bring this.
Ghost - Your champion passes through any unit and moves 27% faster for 10 seconds. I don't think you will need this, you're a jumper not runner.
Teleport - After 4 seconds, teleports your champion to target friendly minion or turret. 3 minute cooldown if cancelled. I dont think you will need this, i mean, what for? You wont help turret you're not a tank. Fast to lane early game? You wont Solo bottom right? So leave this
Clarity - Restores 40% your champion's maximum mana. Also restores nearby Allies Mana by 40%. err... Ezreal doesnt have mana problem.
Smite - Deals 390-1000 true damage, based on champion level, to a jungle monster, enemy minions, or pets. okay next!
Heal - Restores 75 + (lvl x 15) Health to your champion and 100% of that to nearby allies. All targets healed will have a 50% reduction in heal amount from other summoner heal spells for 35 secs.
AoE range: 600 this spell good for helping your teammates. But i like to leave this to my support or I got [Soraka] as support so i wont take this as my summoner spell.

Rising Spell Force (Passive)Hitting a target with any of Ezreal's abilities increases his attack speed by 10% for 6 seconds, stacking up to 5 times. this passive make Ezreal can focus build on Attack Damage instead of Attack Speed. Anyway I'm playing Ezreal always using skillshot and not usually using Basic Attack, that's why I'm not increasing my Attack Speed.
Mystic Shot (Q) Ezreal fires a bolt of energy that deals 35 / 55 / 75 / 95 / 115 (+1.0 per attack damage) (+20% of ability power) physical damage and applies on-hit effects. If it strikes an enemy unit it reduces all of Ezreal's cooldowns by 1 second. Your main skillshot ability, low on mana, low on cooldown, can decrease other skill cooldown by 1 second. Max this 1st would be a good idea
Essence Flux (W) Ezreal fires a fluctuating wave of energy at a targeted area. Any enemy champions it passes through take 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+80% of ability power) magic damage, while any allied champions it travels through have their attack speed increased by 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 % for 5 seconds. If you think you can harass your enemy with this, yes you can. But it makes you out of mana. I recommend you to spam it when team fight or when you have blue buff. I get this at Level 4, and max it at level 14. I dont need this much because I'm building AD :P
Arcane Shift (E) Ezreal teleports to a target nearby location and fires a homing arrow at the nearest enemy unit dealing 75 / 125 / 175 / 225 / 275 (+75% of ability power) magic damage. This is my favorite ability on Ezreal. But use it wisely, Ezreal will be vulnerable to gank if the enemy know it on cooldown.
Trueshot Barrage (R) Ezreal channels for 1 second to fire a powerful barrage of energy missiles, which deal 350 / 500 / 650 (+1.0 per bonus attack damage) (+90% of ability power) magic damage to each enemy unit they pass through. However, it deals 8% less damage for each additional unit it hits (30% minimum damage). Good ultimate, global. Use it before engage.
Mystic Shot (Q) Ezreal fires a bolt of energy that deals 35 / 55 / 75 / 95 / 115 (+1.0 per attack damage) (+20% of ability power) physical damage and applies on-hit effects. What to Rush?
If you farm well and can get this item, get this. It's very good for you in early game.
Your main damage Items. Stack it, you got your damage
hmm... most of Ezreal player buy this item. Well why not? It got Tons of Damage. Spellblade and Rage Passive really good at poking and kitting, so take it!
Why I'm not sure I'm an ADC
I dont know why I always take this item as my default item on Ezreal. I know the spellblade wont stack but what I think is, this item give me an A.O.E CC (slow), cooldown reduction and armor (that's what i get into). But if you still got your Mind as an ADC ignore this item if you already got Trinity and Replace it with IE
Defensive Item
This item is good for late game. It give you 1000 HP. You're not Squishy anymore I think :P
This item is good if your opponent like to poke like Sivir. This item give you 500 HP and Lot of armor.
If you think you're OP enough and you dont want to die at the next Team Fight, get this! everyone who focus on you will get fake hope! :P
This item is good if your enemy had a lot of CCs. I know it's pretty expensive but it's worth it. Give you a lot of damage and some magic resist.
This item is good if your enemy got a lot of AP. It can protect you from it. Banshee's Veil is great as a combo breaker/denier. You can't be Ahri Charmed, Thresh hooked, or Zed Ulted when you have spell shield up
Spirit Visage is amazing on self sustained Champions, or even when you have a healing support. It give you CDR which is good for Ezreal
Other Offensive Item
This is a good Item for Ezreal. Well, most ADC got it. It can deal lot of damage. You can ignore my Iceborn and Get this instead Lol :P
If you think your enemies are tanky, get this item.
It's a good item, but i dont think Ezreal will always need this. Take this if your enemies are tanky and if you going to full damage

Ezreal is good AD Carry that can repositioning really fast. I suggest you to focus on farming on early game and kill when you really can do it and not disturbing your farm.
In Team Fights you must concentrate where you want to reposition if your position getting dangerous. Attack on enemy you can attack in the safest place, Bad position + bad reposition = GG! Practice Ezreal more often so you can master it. When you do, Ezreal really fun to play.
So this is the end of my guide, please tell me if something wrong. I'm thinking to add Masteries Chapter but i got no idea to make it, teach me please >,<
