Introduction

Her abilities are very helpful in teamfights, but she is a very strong fight 1v1 aswell.
I personatly play her as a split pusher. Becouse of her good attack speed with

BARStarting items:
SPACEBARI suggest to start off with a couple of
Rejuvenation Bead and
Health Potion, ofcourse also a viable start is 1
Rejuvenation Bead, 1 sight ward and 5
Health Potion
BARFirst recall:
SPACEBARThe first time you recall, try to get
Ravenous Hydra or atleast a
Tiamat and atleast
Boots, becouse after
Tiamat your kill potential skyrockets!
BARFull build:
SPACEBAR
Mercury's Treads or
Ninja Tabi -
Fiora deals a lot of damage sure, but she needs survivability aswell, since she is very susceptible to crowd control, I recommend
Mercury's Treads for 35% reduction to all cc, but if your opponent team has no, or almost no crowd control, get
Ninja Tabi so you can 1v1 their ad carry. Also with
Enchantment: Furor you can stick to targets very easily, this + speed boost from your
Burst of Speed and you can catch up to absolutely anyone, unless they flash over a wall ofcourse.
SPACEBAR
Ravenous Hydra - This item provides you with quite a bit of attack damage, better than most attack damage items, also a little bit of health regen and lifesteal. But the reason to get this item is the passive and the active. The passive makes your attack damage spread, which works extremely well with your ultimate, if there are two or more enemies in one place, they will take massive damage from your ultimate after you have this item. Also this item's active can be used to make you attack faster, simple idea: you auto attack, use the active, and it resets your auto attack again, pretty much 3auto attacks in speed of 1or2 depending on how fast you do it.
SPACEBAR
Maw of Malmortius - This item provides you with a nice boost in attack damage, and magic resistance, so you can survive longer if getting focused. Also the passive is very useful, if you take magic damage below 30% health, it gives you 400hp shield... Now think about it, how many times has it been that you died to the last tick of ignite?
SPACEBAR
Blade of the Ruined King - This item isn't one of the items you should rush, becouse most likely your opponents won't have that much max health early on. But if you buy it as a 4th item, by that time your opponents should have some health, so it will come in handy, and it also procs on your ultimate, and with ravenous hydra it splashes, so even if you attack the tankiest person on the enemy team, it will damage his team mates nearby a lot.
SPACEBAR
Last Whisper - By the time you get this item, your opponents will have noticed you deal a lot of damage, and start stacking armor, some of them might even get a thornmail just to annoy you.
SPACEBAR
Guardian Angel - This item provides you with survivability, in case you don't play safely and get cought out of position, this will give your team mates time to come and maybe even turn it arround enough to win the game right there.
BAROther viable item choices:
SPACEBAR
Berserker's Greaves - These boots should only be bought, if the opponent team doesn't realy do enough damage to kill you, which happens only if you're fed and get
Ravenous Hydra and
Blade of the Ruined King extremely fast.
SPACEBAR
Enchantment: Homeguard - This boot upgrade should be purchansed if your team is losing, and you're fighting in your base, defending the nexus towers.
SPACEBAR
Phantom Dancer - Can be gotten if your opponent team is very far behind, and don't do any damage to you even with
Berserker's Greaves,
Phantom Dancer will provide you with almost same movement speed as
Berserker's Greaves, but give more attack speed, critical chance, and the ability to move through units.
SPACEBAR
Bloodthirster or
Infinity Edge- Can be gotten if the opponent team doesn't do much damage to you, but you kill them too slow and just want to speed things up a little bit.
SPACEBAR
Frozen Mallet,
Randuin's Omen and
Warmog's Armor - are all mostly for defenses, if you're lacking health,
Frozen Mallet if you want damage with the health,
Randuin's Omen if you want armor, and
Warmog's Armor if you want more regeneration.
SPACEBARI suggest to start off with a couple of

SPACEBAR greater quintessence of armor penetration - This helps you out if your opponent has got a lot of armor runes prepared for you early game.
BARMostly used spells:
SPACEBAR
Ignite and
Flash - These two spells provide you with a good escape if you get in trouble, and the ability to finish off single targets at low health.

BAROther viable spells:
SPACEBAR
Ignite and
Exhaust - This combo is extremely powerful in 1v1 situations, but not very good when there's more than one target on the field.
SPACEBAR
Exhaust and
Flash - This combo is a lot like the mostly used one, just that instead of taking
Ignite to finish off people, you take
Exhaust to weaken and slow the targets.
SPACEBAR
Teleport and
Ignite - This combo is for split pushing, so that you can go split push, and if your opponents engage, you can teleport to a ward or something and help your team. The
Ignite in this combo can also be replaced with
Exhaust for same reasons as with
Flash.

SPACE
Fiora is extremely useful in teamfights, becouse of her amazing aoe with
Blade Waltz and
Ravenous Hydra. Altho she shouldn't be the one to go in first, becouse that way you will get focused and cc'ed which will completely shut you down.
BARAltho if your opponent team hasn't been doing very well, or doesn't have crowd control, or you're just fed... You can do what this guy did:
Don't mind the kill count at right side, it's becouse of a replay bug.

BARWhat to pick to counter
Fiora? How does it work?
Jax - Because
Counter Strike dodges
Blade Waltz, and if timed correctly can even stun
Fiora.
Vladimir - Because
Sanguine Pool stops
Blade Waltz completely, it doesn't even continue on after pool duration.
Kha'Zix - If he uses
Void Assault,
Blade Waltz shuts down.
Akali - Because
Twilight Shroud shuts down
Blade Waltz.
Elise -
Rappel provides an escape and shuts down
Blade Waltz.
Kayle - If she casts
Intervention,
Blade Waltz will do no damage.
Malzahar -
Malefic Visions damage
Fiora while
Blade Waltz is active.
Mordekaiser -
Children of the Grave deal damage to
Fiora while
Blade Waltz is active.
Teemo -
Blinding Dart makes
Blade Waltz miss.
Wukong - If cast
Warrior Trickster,
Blade Waltz will damage the decoy instead.
Nunu & Willump - If well timed,
Absolute Zero can kill
Fiora when
Blade Waltz ends.
Zhonya's Hourglass - Completely shuts down
Blade Waltz if there are no other enemies nearby
