Introduction
This guide is meant be short and concise with all the info you need to quickly look up during the champion selection.
Ezreal has been my 2nd most favorite champion (Teemo being the first), so I have played many games with him.
With new changes to S3, I saw alot of potential with some of the new items to make you play Ezreal with a different build but still be very strong. The items are the Muramana and Iceborn Gauntlet which caught my eye. I always had mana problems when playing with Ezreal and now I won't be having that problem.
Runes
Quints: Better early game damage for last hitting minions.
Reds: The extra Attack for minions and the Hybrid to scale to late game. The reason for hybrid is because most of your skills does magic damage.
Yellows: To tank enemy ad champ and minions.
Blues: To tank supports harass with usually magical spells.
Attack Tree 23:
I go the usual 21 attack tree except since I'm not building any critical chance items, I didn't put 3 of my points into the mastery slots that helps with crits. I use the extra 5 points to get magic penetration because most of your skills do magic damage.
Utility Tree 7:
The focus here is to get all the points into mana because the main focus of this build is about mana.

Items are explained above in notes. Reason I don't start with boots is because it's only 25 more movespeed, so I don't really feel that slow with the recent buff with our regular movespeed. The main focus of the build is to get the Muramana and Iceborn Gauntlet so you can start spamming your Q and kiting with the slow field generated from the Iceborn. The Muramana toggle will let your auto attacks and spells deal more damage!
Max R first when available because it's your strongest skill.
Max Q next because it scales with your AD and will be doing the most damage output.
Max E next because you want less cooldown on this skill so you can have it up to kite with.
Max W last because with the recent nerfs (lower range, no attack debuff) i find this skill not used much til maybe a baron fight where I buff my teammates.
Main focus it to early on is to get the manamune asap so you can start powering it up by using your skills and auto-attacking. After that, you aim to get the Iceborn because it generates a slow field to slow the enemy. This is a great kiting tool as it procs with your Q single target skills. In a fight, you would spam your skills to kite them and deal tons of damage with a actived muramana which doubles your skills and auto attacks.
