Blitzcrank makes laning very hard with his constant hook threat, keep your distance and try and block his hook with plants.
Ashe
Ashe + Zyra is a legacy poke lane, making it difficult for any lane opponent to play the lane out when they are constantly at 60% health from both champions poke. All ins become easy as both Ashe and Zyra can follow up on each others CC.

Champion Build Guide
After completing Frostfang you should build Sorcerer's Shoes for the Magic Penetration and added mobility coming into the Mid Game. Moving around the map becomes very important. Additional movement speed helps you be in better positions to land your skillshots and dodge the enemies.
If you are snowballing early you can build Oblivion Orb for double magic penetration items early before Liandry's Torment.
Most games you want to build Liandry's Torment first since it gives you a huge power spike coming into the Mid Game, especially when playing against the common tank carries such as Lissandra, Galio, Urgot, etc. Since it deals damage based on the enemies max health.
If you purchase Liandry's Torment as your first completed item it's best to go Rylai's Crystal Scepter 2nd since it has obvious synergy with Liandry's Torment and is cheaper than the other completed AP items so you can actually finish it in a reasonable amount of time.
With these 2 completed you will be basically as powerful as you are going to get on Zyra support, all additional items don't give you huge spikes in power but they do help.
Morellonomicon you can purchase 3rd the healing debuff is nice and additional magic penetration helps to kill squishy targets
Remnant of the Watchers - After completing the first 2 core items you can complete Frostfang into [[remnant of the watchers for a small amount of health and an extra ward for control.
Twin Shadows - is a raw Ability power item, gives you some added utility with it's active slow, but more importantly is very cheap for Zyra so you can actually complete it in game.
If games go very long and you are the ones getting kills in team fights you can purchase Luden's Tempest for more CDR, Mana, and AP which helps a lot if the game goes very, very late and you become more of a carry.
Rabadon's Deathcap - is a huge purchase but on it's completion gives you a wild amount of AP for bursting targets.
Void Staff - Usually isn't necessary, but if games go long and the enemy team is build LOTs of magic resist obviously purchasing Void Staff helps against that.
