ARCANE COMET
Arcane Comet is a great keystone for Galio. Old Galio mid was so enjoyable and satisfying cause of that Thunderlords poke in the early game. Arcane Comet offers the same kind of poke in early game just much easier to proc. Just overall a very solid choice for the Galio.

The Ultimate Hat
The Ultimate Hat is just perfect for Galio. The main reason why ap Galio is good is cuz you can take advantage of your stupid teammates dying with your. The Ultimate Hat reduces Galio's ultimate cooldown and let's you just create huge amounts of pressure.

Transcendence

Transcendence gives that free CDR and just overall is the best option out of three for Galio.

Scorch ORGathering Storm
It's pretty simple Scorch gives that nice damage that benefits your poke and laning phase a lot. While Gathering Storm gives you that amazing AP for the late game.

Cheap Shot
Cheap Shot synergies very well with Galio's W, E, R. It gives him that nice bit of true damage that just can't be useless

Eyeball Collection gives that bonus AP and AD per takedown and ward kill so it's both good for snowballing and gives that mid-late game AP.
