Introduction
Anyway, the goal of this build is to stack as much mana/health as possible. By doing this, you're not only gaining a ton of health from his passive, but on top of that you're getting a pretty neat shield from Seraph's Embrace too. The end result is an insane mana pool, a pretty hefty chunk of health, pretty decent AP, nice resistances, and a wicked gnar KDR. Your enemies will be pissing their pants when they see you storming down the lane with Insanity Potion and Ghost active.
"If you're always worried about crushing the ants beneath you, you won't be able to walk." - Guts
Rylai's Crystal Scepter is brilliant on Singed because whenever your enemies' taking damage from your Poison Trail, their movement speed will decrease and you can kite forever. Liandry's Torment works pretty well with Rylai's Crystal Scepter too, because when your enemies' movement's impaired, they take twice as much damage from it's passive.
The AP OffTank build offers more in terms of damage and kiting potential, whereas the Tank build makes you, well, more tanky.

Pretty pointless chapter really. You're Singed, you ARE the team. All other teammates are just cannon fodder, you're the ****ing battalion. While the enemy is occupied partaking in a pissing contest between scrubs, you just run around them with glee picking up the penta kill.
While laning, you just need to toggle your Poison Trail , do a loop around the enemy creeps and hide in the brush again. You can also poke the **** by running at him with your Poison Trail active, Flinging him, and running back into the brush.
Also, try to get blue buff as much as possible; because it comes in quite handy when you're trying to farm your Tear of the Goddess with haste. You can leave your Poison Trail on, and your mana pool won't ever go down whilst the buff is in effect.

When the enemy is talking **** to you because they're getting their ***es stomped whilst you're supposedly an "easy mode champ", then just proclaim to them; "You're Renekton, faceroll more you ****ing hypocrite." They get confused because there's no Renekton on the enemy team, and while they're disoriented this is when you strike. Press Q and run around them with all your might, they'll try clicking you back but it'll be futile because you're ****ing Singed, end of story.
Singed is fairly boring to play in terms of skill set, but your enemies' reactions surely make up for his somewhat dull play style. Their morale will decrease as soon as they notice there's a Singed in loading screen, and with that mindset they're not going to have a fun time.
I hope my guide was to your liking, I'd like to see more Singed players out there on the battlefield trolling ****s.
