Hello there! I am Cossarini. I play akali very frequently and she is so fun. The burst you can achieve with her is incredible. Even tanks drop for you. I'll teach you how in this guide.

So you're thing as Akali is your burst damage. Which will mean AP. Hextech Gunblade is the best item for Akali. The AP and AD compliments her so well. Also when you activate the gunblade it slows the enemy you use it on and deals damage which can help you catch up very well. Zhonya's is so good because you might get caught up in a team fight and need a saving grace. Weather you need your team to thin the heard or catch up. Rabadon's just escelates your burst by a lot. The void staff gives really good magic penetration and combined with your magic pen boots tanks even fall at your request. The rylai's adds health, AP and slows with your abilities. Which helps your catching up and helps your team.

Akali's Q: Mark Of The Assassin makes Akali throw her kama at the enemy and marks her target so the next AA does bonus magic damage, which is an incredible burst. And with thunderlords the burst is extended.

Akali's W: Twilight Shroud creates a circle of smoke and while moving through Akali's movement speed is increased and enemies are reduces. Attacking will reveal her for a short amount of time.

Akali's E: Crescent slash makes Akali spin in a circle dealing damage to anything in its range.

Akali's R: Shadow dance is an ability that makes Akali kick onto a target dealing damage and appear next to it. This is where Akali's mobility comes from. Shadow dance can go through walls.

So to begin Akali is next to trash before level 6. Her mobility and burst is awful until you reach your ultimate so until you get it just farm up and use your twilight shroud to avoid ganks and what not.

Her biggest combo is her Q, then R to get on them, the auto attack for the extra damage from the Q, then E. If the job isnt done drop the hextech gunblade for the extra damage and slow. Her cooldowns are pretty short so use this to get back on them and keep bursting.

Flash :Is a great get
out of jail free card for
any champion really. It
works really well with
akali.


Ignite :Is a good item
to last hit the opposing
laner if you somehow manage
to get their health down
before 6.


Teleport :Is a great
item to maintain map
control and help your
team secure kills.

Akali is super easy to CS with if you buy a long sword first as opposed to an amplifying tome. You can use your Q for ranged cs and final hitting siege minions. But just use your E and Q to CS safely.
