Bard is a champion that most people build tanky. His Q allows opportunities for a double stun for a slow. His W heals and gives movement speed while his E creates a portal that both teams can enter. His ult is basically a zhonyas for both teams. By building him tanky, usually he can be a frontline/backline tank that peels for the adc and can create plays and opportunities with his Ult and his E. However this build will explain why building Bard AD is better.

Why go Ignite Flash on bard? Exhaust works too but doesn't give the EARLY lane domination. It is a better summoner spell for a support, because it is basically a summoner spell that PEELS for your adc and makes their adc almost useless early game for 2.5 seconds. However, in my opinion, Full AD Support Bard NEEDS to win lane. It is not hard to win lane, and it is very easy but ignite will help. Level 2, bard can all in with his heal and stun. With the ignite, it gets rid of the enemy heal and can also be used to deal small true damage. It is your choice in the end but Ignite Flash is the best and Exhaust/Ghost could also be used.

Why build like an ADC? Bard's kit gives you an opportunity to deal TONS of damage. Usually with this build, Bard can deal the most damage on both teams. He can 1v1 people when hes caught out and deal massive damage and turn teamfights also. Build Iceborn Gauntlet when their team is all ad or 4/5 are. GA if you need to build tanky. Build MS if they have a lot of cc and MoM if they have a lot of AP. Everything else is mostly preference.

Why not go support masteries? To be honest, you can go support masteries if you want. However, i like to go ad masteries so that i can deal a lot more damage early on. For Runes,I like to go a twist on a standard ADC rune page. By using 4 Scaling MR glyphs, i can scale better in late game while not being completely vulnerable against full ap supports.

Level 1 be aggressive but don't go all in. You can use your w for better trading. Level 2 Try to engage because your Q gives you lane dominance with your AD build. In team fights, stay in the backline and when you see their backline is weak, use your journey to go behind them. You alone should be able to 1v1 a half health adc and a support. Make sure to farm and split push when you can. With your full build, you can 1v1 almost anybody.
