Squishy target CC her, or else she will speed ball your ADC. When you see her ult and cannot avoid it, waste Fail auto.

Easy to deal with in lane, focus her as she is squishier then 80% of ADCs. Hard out scales you so try focusing her late as well, or she will kill your ally's out of range of your Q.
Seraphine
A hood CC lock can kill her but if she is free to stay out of range and poke you and your ADC down, the lane will be very hard. You can stall Q and hit her while being charmed, like most CC.

Anti Engage, Best healing in the game and high damage pokes early. Soraka is one of your toughest match ups, hard focus for her and fish for hooks, don't feel bad if you miss them.

A hard hitting, high ranged ADC, she is able to keep herself safe and you are more of a safety blanket for her. Her escape tools are useful but not unbeatable, however, with your W, you are quite untouchable. Hook, Fail into trap is gross.

High damage agro, perfect if you can hit hooks. If you can bodyguard him every effectively the lane is over.
Ezreal
Not the best but it can work, his E and your W take your from enemy turret to 2/3 of the lane if timed right.
Jhin
Another good champion for Thresh, Jhin adds to his CC and can place traps under those you hook, if this is combined with more CC like his W, the enemy is dead. You are almost the perfect bodyguard for him.
Jinx
Keep her safe while she scales, keep assassins off of her and peel for her and she will solo carry. (You won't get any honours though.)

Thresh is a engage/bodyguard support, he is able to shape the laning phase with good CC and engage as well as a disengage tool, he is simular to champions like Nautilus or Leona, but unlike those champions he has a infite scaling Armor and AP tool in his Passive.
